I don't know how much the team raised in their private and pre-sale but for all these marketing and promotions I don't think they were able to raise that much. ICOs are struggling to raise money now and HYCON would struggle to raise money now is a market were people are counting thier loss. I invested into BEE token, Insight Network and Neuromation all are now below the ICO price

I wonder if haikon can raise 25mn. dollars in a falling market? 25mln. it's more than 50,000 Ethereum. Investors are scared.
