What you need to do is just make sure you are in possession of the mnemonic phrase and the wallet you claim your funds to is one you can access.
Once we have received the confirmation from you that you are in possession of the private keys, we can send you ICO funds. Once the funds are sent to the address you nominated, there is no reversal of the process. So please be extra careful and make sure you keep your private key safe.
