The aspect of an exchange verifying a developer and existence of the team is what I really don’t buy when it comes to other exchanges carrying out IEO other than Binance and the other top exchanges. when it comes to verifying of team, the only way to be certain of them is when you know their location, their identity and know how to get to them at any time physically which I think only binance does for now because they have the resources to do so.

I am sure that binance would even have a team that can travel physically to confirm the location of these projects when other smaller exchange does not have the resources, and all they still do is same thing like us, by using their whitepaper to judge them, which is the reason you still see some bad IEO projects.

This should be learned by someone who wanted to be informed regarding to this new system of investment. IEO is much better than taking chances with ICO, as the results can be attained once the sale period was over, unlike with other types of investment where you needed to wait for the team to work with the exchange to list the project.

Find time to get more ideas regarding to this venue of investment, and never stop learning new things. As long as you are willing to take the risk, there's always possibilities of success.

The main source of income for cryptocurrency exchanges are commissions received from customer transactions. Therefore, crypto exchanges are constantly competing with each other, coming up with new ways to attract as many users to their site as possible. And at the moment, IEO is one of the most effective business models that increase the profit and value of the exchange in the eyes of potential investors.

Dont get confuse, some exchange didn't call it IEO. Like binance they call it launchpad and on Kucoin they called it spotlight but its just the same with IEO.

if you've heard about ICO, IEO is his younger brother.
IEO was made because companies want to take new ways to raise funds without having to harm organizers, especially investors. and fundraising by IEO itself must be managed by exchangers.
so my advice if you want to participate in IEO, choose an exchange that has proven credibility

IEO is a new idea that becomes a system in raising a fund to get money from investors to be used in running a new project on crypto. Frequent frauds in the ICO system in the past year have made this idea come up and provide new avenues for investors to feel more secure to make investments. IEO gets money from exchangers so they can do unlimited fundraising. while still using their ICO system the investors sent their money to the development team and finally they were cheated by the development team and their money was taken away by it. most ICO systems are only used by development teams to get rich quickly.

IEO same as ICO, it use to raise the fund of projects, but in different ways, ICO not guarantee the coin will list in exchange after ICO, but in IEO you can trade the pin after IEO.
Another is IEO should run by exchanges, but ICO run by the project.

IEO stands for INITIAL EXCHANGE OFFERING, as the name goes it takes place in exchanges. Also, just like ICO and STO, IEO is just another form or medium of raising funds for upcoming projects, but the only difference is it takes place in exchanges and as such is free from scams and fraudulent activities found in ICOs. Also, in the case of IEOs, in order to participate, the user, participant or investor needs to hold the exchanges native token. Furthermore, the major advantage IEO has is that listing and trading is certian which takes place within few days unlike in ICOs where the team takes time to list their token or even ends up not listing.

If you know about ICO, this will be easy to understand IEO. IEO abbreviation of Initial exchange offer. Any legit project can run IEO as do ICO, difference is coin or token offer by trusted exchange which do it ICO by their website.

IEO safe? Are you serious? we only get that from IEO which is done in large exchanges. whereas in small and even new exchange platforms, they are often deceptive.

hello buddy, IEO is riskier than trading on an exchange. if I both have the capital of course I would prefer to learn to trade than to invest in IEO.

In essence, I'm not saying that IEO is a bad way of raising funds or IEO is the best alternative for new projects to get investors. but in reality in the current IEO project, not many projects have been successful. some success in earnings is not so good, only IEO in large exchanges is getting a big response from investors.

You did not complete that statement, IEO is not only done on exchange but it is more secured on exchange because the main idea is not just exchanges to release IEO, but to secured the future of investors by ensuring that the project being released to the public would be trust worthy because of their due diligence that has been done on it.

IEO for now is still the best and safest means for investors to invest, because binance being the sole developer, ensures that most of the projects that come to it for public funding gets scrutinized and has a proposal that will have a real use case. All though we have some exchanges that are typically running IEO in a way that is not different from ICO because they don’t verify any project, they resent it the way the developer drops the whitepaper for them to read like general ICO.
