I can't work out what the hell this thread is / what it has become. I can't see any connection between the discussion and mprep unless I'm missing something?

I just read your post and you seem to be obsessed with my age now. Maybe your responses have devolved this discussion that much to "schoolyard insults"

But I'm a graduate student so let that give you an idea of my age.

Oh, and feel free to address my 3 points about gambling, scams, and drugs whenever. That was what started this all after you called my method of thinking idiotic as well as anyone who thinks that way.

I know you can't comprehend my words very well but I've told you several times to create a new thread if you honestly think you're the first genius to come up with an unrefutable argument here (you haven't and if you think you have I truly feel sorry for you), but I have said multiple times before both I and others will shoot your arguments down so not really 'detracting' (I think you meant deflecting), but I suspect you don't want to because you know you will only embarrass yourself. Again, make a new thread and you will get many replies including mine. I don't particularly want to type up an argument to your run-of-the-mill ignorant claims as I've done so many a time before, so you'll be vaguely annoying me if you do, but it looks like you know you haven't got a watertight case so you'll just likely continue to pad your post count up in here making off topic posts and hoping to avoid actually putting any effort into them. *Expects nothing but an irrelevant childish insult back*.

The current staff do perfectly fine. You can't expect them to moderate everything, and it's been gone over multiple times before why potential scams i.e. ponzis et al. aren't moderated.

Make a thread in Bitcoin Discussion if you wish and you'll get your answers from me and many others. You're really the only one detracting away from the issue at hand by making childish insults and bringing up irrelevant things like time spent on the forum but I still can't believe you've still got a petty bee in your bonnet about how many posts I make/time I spend on this forum (but that's seemingly only the argument you have to detract away from the real (non-)issues at hand and I guess this is one of the pathetic reasons why you still have a little beef with me).

'Pretentiousness' is a word idiots use when they either don't understand someone or feel threatened by their intelligence, but your ignorance and naivety is still certainly dripping from every word you type and the naive arguments you make, but again nice ad hominems (you do realise they betray your intelligence and maturity, right?) He is moderating. The forum does not moderate (potential) scams as it is impossible to know for sure when something is a scam.

Also it is not even possible to know when something is a scam.

Your pretentiousness is dripping from every word you type. I guess being staff has made you more of a pompous prick then you were before. Remember you have 13748 posts on an internet forum.

I can't gamble for example in sportsbook as there are none available in the state of California. I would have to drive to Nevada to partake in these activities. It is much easier to gamble through my computer or mobile phone with BTC which is instant for withdrawals/deposits. Fiat sportsbook online have exorbitant fees for withdrawals.

Only certain drugs are available to any person and that is through a series of real life networking. Sometimes these people aren't the nicest in the bunch and there is a chance of being hurt/robbed in a real life drug trade. It is much easier to order these products through an online marketplace and have them mailed to you.

Scams such as ponzis are illegal in most countries but they are allowed to run without impunity through BTC. There are hundreds of cases where people have run of with hundreds/thousands of BTC equivalent to thousands/millions of dollars. If this were with fiat, it would be much easier to track and prosecute those responsible for this.

So yes, once again, take your massive, pompous head out of your hairy, haven't washed for weeks ass and take a look at the larger picture.

Well, since I'm here, I'll confirm the already stated: ponzis and scams aren't removed unless they break any other rule. Why? Volume of accusations, possible moderator bias and often shaky evidence and witnesses.

Regarding what I do, I moderate what rules prohibit, usually every day.

Nice ad hominem, but I'm sure you and your friends aren't as smart as you think you are. Your logic is naive and childish and so is the way you deal with criticism. You can mock the general populace but a niche group of people isn't going to make Bitcoin accepted worldwide. The reality is that Bitcoin had its bubble and any "potential" future of it rests with the people innovating it. It's not only related to those things but only idiots will think like this or use that sort of logic and we cannot be responsible for the thoughts of idiots. Can you not gamble or buy drugs or scam with the money in your pocket? Of course you can and also much easier than with bitcoin.
