I dont know what is the best btc wallet now because some wallet has hidden charges.
While transfering btc to other wallet needs payment and in gambling site is so slow.

I wouldn't recommend online wallets at all because right now there is simply no reason to use them - every single online wallet is now charging you the transaction fee and that was the reason why most people used onine wallets - to avoid that costly transaction fee. Coinbsae has added new transaction fees, so has Xapo. Just use a desktop client.

I suggest using exodus, you can store multiple cryptos in there and track their performance. In a sense it is also a web wallet as you can shift your coins from one to another by using the integrated shapeshift function. You'll be ery surprised at how clean and slick the interface is.

Blockchain.info is still the best for me since we can fully trust this site and see certain transaction made easily without having a laggy times around. But currently im using coins.ph since these wallet is the one who's been known to my country and we can withdraw our btc to fiat easily on any banks available around but i can't trust this wallet for long time staking since they have bad issue on wallet locking and we cannot do nothing with it since they will keep that we violate their TOS.
Yeah right and I agree blockchain.info is the best web wallet, I use the coinbase and the xapo, but a week ago I sent about 0.04 btc via XAPO and cost more than 150k satosi for normal services (5 days 6 confirmations).

I think blockchain is a trustworthy company and their wallet is easy to use. However, it's so dumbed down and their "dynamic fee calculator" is so broken that it's a detriment, and their support is utterly non-existent. Trust and simplicity don't count for much if you can't trust the wallet to recommend appropriate fees and to provide a proper mechanism to enter custom fees. To enter a custom fee, you have to know the transaction size and then convert the fee from sat/B into the required form. For most people, that's not simple.

I am using Blockchain wallet as well, it is safe , secured and haven't problems with it. There is no "dynamic fee calculator", the wallet simply send the needed fee to get the transaction confirmed fastly. Otherwise your transaction will not be confirmed, or you will wait for days at least. You have to know that as the bitcoin's price increased the fee value increased as well, it is absolutely normal and fair.

New users need to realize how important the ability to send a transaction RBF is to avoiding delayed/stuck transactions. I only recommend Electrum to friends, and also recommend they get a Ledger Nano S or Trezor to manage private keys.

Let's start with the worst bitcoin wallets that beginners should avoid like the plague:

blockchain.info - comes up in search results so beginners use it but is terrible at estimating fees. There are more complaints about stuck transactions with this wallet than any other. Do not use!
Blockchain seems to be a stable company, but what you say is correct. Their dynamic fee calculator is a complete joke. It's worse than useless. If you want to enter custom fees, you need to know what you're doing, because the blockchain wallet does not support entering fees in sat/B, does not even tell you the transaction size and if you enter a fee that's higher than their recommendation, it will give you a warning as if it's grossly excessive. In addition, the blockchain wallet does not provide RBF so if you have a stuck transaction, all you can do is wait and hope that blockchain won't keep resending it. On top of all that, blockchain support is completely useless. You may as well send an email to Santa. Why do I know this? Because only this morning, two stuck transactions that blockchain resent finally confirmed. One was stuck for almost two weeks, the other for more than a week. The only reason they finally cleared is because the mempool is finally getting less backlogged. Blockchain is a great example of a company that's only around because of past reputation. They are ripe for some competition to come in and take their business away.

Multibit HD - very buggy and many complaints by users. Again, do not use!

Because of the fee estimation problem it is important to use a wallet that lets you send a transaction replaceable or RBF. When sending from Electrum if you check the box marked replaceable and your transaction is taking too long to confirm you just click on the transaction and bump the fee up. No stuck transactions!

GreenAddress also supports RBF but is more complicated to use than Electrum, and Mycelium does not support RBF at all.

Electrum is stable, well supported and easy to use on desktop or Android and has the all important RBF ability. Start with the best is my opinion.

I think a bitcoin wallet without any charges is not less than a day dreaming. Currently I don’t know about any such wallets who don’t charge any fee for it and the reason is that why it shall be free? After all you are keeping your wealth in it so what if you pay a little and remain secure.

Some gambling sites are still not asking us tx fees for withdrawing bitcoins from them, but people are suggesting not to use them as a wallet services.

Electrum, MultibitHD.
You will able to set your customs fees because both of wallets already supported it. Make sure if you're always holding your private key. The hardware wallet is recommended a way for you but I sure if you don't want to pay more just for storing your Bitcoin.

Offline wallet must be the best choice rather uses online wallet.
Defiantly. With a software, hardware, or paper wallet you have possession of your private keys and bitcoins. With a web wallet (or at least most web wallets) you don’t control you keys and thus you don’t control you Bitcoins.

I would like to something express more as based on your needs hardware or software must be best and keys are maintained in a secure offline environment on the hardware wallet, which means that only real user with access to wallet.

For a beginner, I would suggest electrum bitcoin wallet, they have desktop and smartphone version of wallet.  You can export and import private keys, and the most important as of this moment is the dynamic transaction fee that adjusts your fee according to the latest fee.  I have been using electrum and never find any problem on the transaction using their dynamic tx fee.

Yeah, I've also started with Electrum. It's extremely userfriendly so you won't have a problem with it. But you'll have to pay fees anyway, I don't know any wallet without fees. You should compare different wallets to find what suits you.

about hidden charge, i think  almost every bitcoin wallet has it. Just choose which one is lower than other.
Every bitcoin wallet has own features that they offer, for now i using blockchain.info to store my bitcoin balance, blockchain is easy online wallet to use. It also provide for mobile. But for other choice, electrum is good also,  it work fast. the client does not download the blockchain, it requests that information from a server. No delays and lways up to date.

Nothing is free in the virtual world, you need to pay up transaction fees every time you send coins and there wont be any hidden charges, until recently we had xapo and coinbase which are online web wallets providing free transactions and with the price of bitcoin increasing and the transaction charges going up they too had to start charging fees ,you could either use an online wallet as said before or you can use electrum which is a lite wallet where you can set your own fees ,but remember if you are not providing the proper fees the transaction might get delayed or rejected.

For now the best wallet that I have used is blockchain.info. Since I have been using this wallet I have never regretting as there fees is ok. For what you are looking for, i don't think there is any good wallet  providers that are not charging fees. It mean when you want to investment in your gambling, do your analysis including fees.
