I wouldn't use a wallet for all my Bitcoins, in my opinion the best option is to let your money always working for you, what means you could split all your funds among investment sites like casinos and any other trusted site generating passive income for you. Splitting money reduces the chances to be scammed and increases the chance of profit.

But i think that saving the bitcoins means buying and keeping bitcoins in wallet itself is a big investment option right now, because you can see what is the price right now going on, investing in casinos or any other sites are no more safe and now after the price of btc right now any site can go scam and the investors will lose their investment

I think Mycelium is the easiest and most interesting option because it allows you to choose the type of fees you are going to pay before each transaction. Mycelium allows you to choose between four transaction types, high priority, normal, economical and low priority. If you want to make an urgent transaction you can choose high priority although you will pay a lot higher fees. If you want to save money on fees and don´t mind waiting you can choose economical. However, by choosing normal, they tend to be fast transactions because the wallet calculates the necessary fees.

There’s no such thing as a fee-less wallet; and your wallet software will have nothing to do with the amount of fees charged. I’d recommend Electrum or MultBit for PC and Electrum or Mycelium for mobile. Of course it wouldn't hurt to run your own node if you can.

I dont know what is the best btc wallet now because some wallet has hidden charges.
While transfering btc to other wallet needs payment and in gambling site is so slow.

A Bitcoin wallet without fees is just imagination now after Coinbase and Xapo started charging fees.
I would recommend you to adopt to present scenario of bitcoin where transactions only work with adequate fees and rest just struggle for days.
By the way, recommended wallets for desktop is Electrum and for mobile is Mycelium. Both allow you to set fees according to your own preference.

Didn't notice this but coinbase is only letting you to avoid paying transactions fees between two coinbase accounts since it happens off-chain
Well actually I don't recommend any wallet, just use Bitcoin core or similar apps that allow you to fully control your coins and avoid the risk of hacks...

Yep, Electrum is still best. It's light and easy to use without sacrificing performance.

Just go to https://electrum.org/#home and choose which OS suits you. If you need help setting up your desktop wallet,
you could use this guide > http://bitzuma.com/posts/a-beginners-guide-to-the-electrum-bitcoin-wallet/

And lastly, read up on transaction fees. Or you could use this site's fee calculation tool >http://www.mocacinno.com/page/feeestimate
Plus, if you already know how to calculate transaction size, then here's https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ for the optimal fees to choose from.

AFAIK there is no wallets with 'hidden charges' you need to know that Bitcoin transfers are not free, there was always a transaction fee required.
The difference is - current tx fee is ridiculously high around $2 while in the past it was no more than couple US cents.

It is impossible that any wallet will offer fee-less services, (they would have to pay for every transaction) it is not feasible.

Just use standard lighweight software wallet like Electrum - it offers good mix of security and comfort.
