Current crypto market and prices do not reflect the technology. This is nothing more than a huge correction due to the December 2017 mania, along with savage market manipulation by whales in order to get the prices low, ready for huge institutions to come in and buy bitcoin on the cheap. This is exactly what happened during the tech bubble too before it took off: Whales crashed the market, retail investors all panic sold, institutions came in and took over the market.

If really believes thats bear market will end if the price of bitcoin reach the bottom price drops
So it's better to wait the crypto market become stable

Well, for me If ever I will advised you something at the end of the day you still choose whats best for you. Well, if you are not brave to face the decreasing market price today then sell your coins its normal because you are just want to make sure that you still have money and you can not lose much money. But if you belive to it you want to earn a profit and get back your money you will choose to hold it.
I think the hodl is a good choice rather than selling panic. I believe the market will recover. the current decline is a common occurrence in the crypto market. and for now you go to do other things sightseeing or gather with friends. don't keep seeing the crypto market every day that will be stressful. sure the market will go green again. and I suggest if one day investing in crypto coins again you should invest as much as you can to lose so that when there is a decline like now you don't keep thinking about your money.

I believe that if you acted as an investor and understood all the risks, it is better to wait when the price of ETH returns to the position you need. If you bought just in the hope of quickly making a profit, then of course things are very bad, in this case, if you are in great need of money, then it is better to take profits. The situation in the crypto market is really not the best now and therefore if the question is about getting back some money, then it is better to sell your crypto assets.

I agree with you that the market condition is not really good at the moment, everything is down and it keep going down, but i am hoping that things will still in improve again, though it might take some little time
