It's really hard to say and investing in ICOs is always risky. Nevertheless, the most popular ongoing ICO is probably Electroreum. There are only a couple of days left with it. Electroneum's team is experienced and the coin itself is British which perhaps makes the risks lower (I've seen one guy who said it is better not to invest in coins made by people from highly corrupted countries). In general, it's all about the idea of mobile mining via playing a game on a smartphone and at least this coin seems to be completely scam-free.
Any best ICO to join in near future?
It's the best ICO follow: Choronologic with the first Ethereum asset pegged to time and Eidoo where buy or sell any goods pay in cryptocurrencies but without relying on any central authority.
