coinbase or blockchain

don't go over to a 3rd party

who knows what could happen, these are trustworthy

but don't keep your coins there too long

there was a trustworthy wallet too somethingsomething.io it was called

everyone lost their coins..

don't make their mistake..

Blockchain is trustworthy, because you don't have to trust them.

When making a wallet there, you stay in control of your coins, and you can even download a file which let's you import your private key to an offline wallet in case the website fails.

I like Coinbase or Blockchain, I'm thinking of shuffling over my coinbase coins to Blockchain anyways. It looks like an online wallet, but acts like a wallet you'd have on your desktop.

Now, if coinbase had interest on the BTC that'd be a different story... But I'll shuffle my coins away from Coinbase and onto electrum or Blockchain...

Coinbase has the small advantage of paying tx fees out of their pockets, but blockchain.info really is more secure.

You can't go wrong with Blockchain, info they don't have access to your wallet or private keys. you just have to keep your computer secure which is easier said than done.

And also be wary of phishing attacks. Many have been done in the past with Blockchain.info, and I recall one that even appeared on the first link while searching for Blockchain on google.

Check https://blog.blockchain.com/security-alerts/ to see some examples of phishing attempts, together with the phishing google ad lynn mentioned. Smiley

you have to have a place to store (wallet) you will Bitcoin. And here's how to make your Bitcoin wallet account:

Go to the following website BlockChain: https://blockchain.info/id/wallet/new

To fill out the registration form please follow the steps as follows:

Alias: can be filled with your name or other text that is useful to help log into your wallet.
Password: Your password must be at least 10 characters with a combination of letters, numbers and symbols. Remember passwor you make, because there will be no password reset feature that can eventually make you lose your wallet account.
Captcha: captcha contents according to the characters that appear above it.
If you are finished, click Continue and you can log in to the wallet that you created above.
Once you are logged in to the wallet that was created earlier, you will be given the address wallet as a means to receive and send bitcoin. Address your wallet in the form of a mixture of numbers and hutuf example: 19ZZ8DZsb5qhtchuKPZWET7Uj8rDoj4KgmB.

This is probably the most realiable option.

Indeed, that's because Blockchain.info doesn't control your wallet. That's not the case if you were to make one on Coinbase.

Agreed, their Android wallet is working well too. I've been using it for my daily transaction and never had a serious problem.
