I think it depends on the country where you're from.   But I already heard about the xapo and coinbase maybe you could buy there.  But as for me the best is what I have right now as it is easy to buy bitcoins as you could buy on store like 711 and to other cash remittances.  Plus the fact that when you buy through bank there is no fee.

you can try to buy bitcoins here at the forum too. there are people here selling bitcoin for a low price. but be sure that they are trusted, you can verify it from their account and trust. also try coinbase and yobit. or coinsph. i think they are giving low fees on buying bitcoins.
For me just better to buy at trusted site like what you given because you will sure that your money will be credited in your account while if you buying a bitcoin in users it is very risky.

Cex.io is one of many good website to buy bitcoin.
But i recommended you to use a local bitcoin exchanger in your country, because it will be easier when you use a local fiat to buy bitcoin.

I have used localbitcoins twice, super easy and fast.
I think most sites fairly reliable except bitfinex exchange. you should still be careful with the exchange sites that have strange signs. maybe they would be a scam. better look for a trusted exchange sites and thus has a low exchange fee, do you have Recommendation?

yeah i think the best is the local exchange sites. because you can make a deposit directly without first converting into dollars and then into bitcoin. but if in your country there is no local exchange sites. then you can look for the trusted exchange sites like cex.io

I have localbitcoin.com. but it doesn't allow me to deposit via fiat and safe my time by converting money into bitcoin first.. they need to deposit via bitcoin.
but the good thing of localbitcoin you can sell your coins for your local currency and get paid through your bank.

I think that is a consideration for choosing an exchange is the trust of the site and the fee will be issued? I would not buy in exchange site that has a large transaction fee even though the local exchange sites though and I would choose the trusted sites because it will be very important for the security

I personally don't think that there is a specific site that is "best" to buy Bitcoin with, most of the time though it's going to be best through a relatively large and established website. Places like Circle, Xapo, BTC-E, Localbitcoins, Coinbase, etc. are probably pretty reputable and definitely worth looking into for choices, however there aren't any guarantees that you'll find what you're looking for.
That's right, I never think about fast or not their transaction but about the site can I trust or not, and their reputable has become a one important think. the fast or not the transaction is rely with queue in the block.

I am from Indonesia and I prefer to use my local exchanger to buy and sell bitcoin. But the problem is the fees look so high for me when I wanted to send back my money to my local bank account. Nowadays I still hunting another exchangers that offered low fees.

But the problem if you use the local exchanger for bitcoin they are giving high rates unlike you direct to trading or exchange site where you can decrease the rate.. so in my opinion go to the exchanger site with low rates.

Yeah, that is totally right. You have many choices to buy in. I agreed there are other exchanges that can give with low rates.  though I'm not sayingare not good. But if you are practical you're gonna look for the lower price first, isn't?

IM FROM EGYPT, suggest to me agood company ? to buy from it? and can any one told me about CEX.IO?

well, all exchanges platform we have in bitcoin world they sell bitcoin, Now that will depend on you where you gonna buy it. Just Be careful if that exchange is legit or not for to aavoid a victim of the scammer or back stabber. About CEX,IO its a kind of exchange so far its a good one to buy bitcoin but for me much better you to buy in poloniex, because I've been there for years and I never heard any negative issue into it or any controversies happens.

Guys can you help what is the best website to buy bitcoin as a trader but i need a low fees CEX.IO is good website? kindly help me

There are already lots of suggestions responded in your thread but I might just add some for a specific answer.

It depends on how can  you accessed the given site freely. What I mean is, is that exchange support your country or are you comfortable with the listed payment method option so you can easily inject some dollars on that said exchange.

About the fees, just bear with it as long as withdrawal fees are not high as the usual one.

I see Coinbase is one of the good stop to buy bitcoin as long as your country is listed on their list.

I think Circle is pretty decent, I used them and got my BTC instantly "of course with me being a verified member", I used to using Coinbase and it wasn't as quick as this one, There fees aren't the lowest but they certainly provide great service.
