First of all the best social media for promoting an ICO is Facebook. Because facebook is the biggest social media i think. And secondly Twitter will be the best. Facebook and Twitter is more popular in the world so in that case this two social media will be the best option. I think that Facebook telegram and Discord are good and useful for the promotion of the ico. But the best social media for this are Twitter and Bitcointalk forum. There are a large number of crypto enthusiasts in this forum. And millions of people everyday get their news from Twitter
I think Twitter, Facebook and Telegram are the most used social media platforms, and advertising any ICO project there will help to get a high quality traffic and spread the word largly about the project between the interested community.

I agree with you. Facebook and twitter are one of the most effective mediums to promote your ICO. These two social media are most used worldwide. Once you promote something, it will be spreaded effectively due to the millions or billions of user. 
Twitter, Facebook, telegram seems to be the best social media platform for the purpose of promoting an ico. Instagram is not much used in an effective manner. I choose this Forum but I don't consider this forum as a social media platform but a forum platform for me. Here in this forum, you can see the crypto geeks, crypto-professionals, crypto- enthusiasts. That is why in the bounty campaigns, the signature campaign has the largest allocation because all people here in this forum know already what is cryptocurrency (maybe most not all) not like in social media that some of your friends maybe don't know what is this crypto. usually I use facebook for promotion because I have more friends on facebook than other social media and telegram for more information about ico
Facebook is way better than the social media being presented on the choices because Facebook has more users than any of them. If there is so much users, then that means many users can see your promotional post.
I like to use Twitter and Facebook but I also believe IUnvestfeed and Reddit are also very good places to post about ICOS and advertise about blockchain related businesses in general. I also am looking at opening a linkedin account at some point in the near future in order to expand my reach. Youtube is also one channel I use to promote ICOS and is my biggest and main social media outlet for ICO advertisement.

Of course twitter and face book because there are lot of users .but for the people who already knows what is ICO Bitcoin talk is the best of social media because the imformative forum in which investors and advertisers can exchange their idea.and many followers will surely are investors.In there you will know how to invest trade and other activities that are crypto currency related.

as much as I know, facebook offers pretty cheap ads that would reach a lot of people and even one simple post in some group there can be fine too. I don't know about twitter and other ones because I don't use them at all, but I do know for facebook and I'm getting ICO ads all the time.
I think that both of them are all the best way for each of us to use in any way. It depends on the way they think and how much convenient it brings to they. May you choose facebook is the best way for you , but some choose twitter. For me, all of them all bring us their own different benefits, it all helps us get the information about ICO, thus I can’t say which is the best for our to choose. I also use facebook, and I think facebook is a good way for me. 
It's better to promote ICO on Facebook. Because it's simple and easy to understand what's written here. Unlike Twiiter, there is too much advertising on the side that really breaks our attention to what we read. And another million people have facebook accounts so this is the # 1 Social Media site today!
Honestly I think they are all important as the idea of social media for ICOs are to spread content and grow a community. Different people use different social medias. It also depends on who you are targeting.
