I think facebook and twitter still the best social media to promote an ICO but if you talk about platform and forum not social media, this forum still the best because many people give more time and effort in this forum.
Like the title says, i would like some feedback from the experts in this industry, so far i have gathered these 5 most important that seem to be used by everyone, can you add more ways?

I consider Bitcointalk as the best forum for promoting ICO everything starts here and this is the home of bitcoin disscussions nothing beats the original if you Google any Ico or cryptocurrency disscussions bitcointalk will always show up.

you forgot to add facebook, youtube, instagram and cyptonews sites to the list, there could be other ways though but these ones and the ones you listed are the most popular media
The best social media for ico is twitter, telegram, redit and also fecebook because in social media we can find all ico and in social media we can join the sharing link to refer colleagues and all our followers to join to some of these ico

I don't agree with you on Twitter, most of people who's hanging out there are using the site as a platform for making money so they just won't read your posts. Better spend more time on Reddit and Telegram

forums, twitter, and reddit in my opinion is the right place to promote and announce the existing ICO, as many players and investors often open these three media.
I don't think there is one best social media site for an ICO. If an ICO is going to be successfull, it really has to use all of them well, and gather a good following.

I think it is twitter and telegram.
I could sat that Facebook and Twitter are on top and they sometimes have a higher share compared to signature campaigns. Based on the campaigns that I have joined before, I could say that twitter is still better because there are campaigns that only require this social media.

I think the most effective social medias for promoting ICO are reddit and bitcointalk, especially the second one because it is like a visiting card of a project. Also it is convenient to discuss all details and see the reaction of people

Twitter, there are a lot of people, and there is no ban on ICO as it is already Facebook.

Telegram is a must for direct interaction between prospective investors and the team.

From my experience i would go for This forum, Twitter, Telegram and reddit... Facebook used to be good when it came to promoting ICO ads but i think the banned the advertising of ICOs on facebook which makes facebook not to future on my list
