Best way to cash out is cash out your bitcoin through this forum. I mean exchange them personally to a real human, don't use exchanging sites which ask your email and name. that is the best way to cashout your bitcoin.

Sell for cash, face to face. This forum needs a section for that.

Wait for Z-cash to launch. Use it like a completely fool-proof mixing service. Turn back into BTC and exit via Localbitcoins.

buy a physical/plastic bitcoin debit card and then load it with your balance, you don't need to give your document to the card issuer because they don't need, when you are done loading your balance, withdraw it through your nearest ATM,it'll charge you a quite high fee around 3.5$ but it's really worth for the anonymity and simple
They do also have withdrawal limits, namely on the Xapo one, and I think it is limited to something like $200 USD per day (or per withdrawal with only something like 2 max per day) on top of the fees.

But I back your statement 100% from there, it is a great and simple way to avoid any issues and it is quite useful even outside of what OP is asking about.
another debit card issuer have a limit for their card's daily withdrawal more than 1000$,just in case if OP need more limit simply ask to the customer service maybe he'll get exception if he'd meet some requirements
There is also a lifetime limit if it is unverified. Customer service usually cannot increase the limit unless you provide the documents. The bank require documents for them to increase the limits due to their local KYC policies.

Alternatively, just buy 2 cards and get a P.O box and send one to there and one to the house. Not the best way but if you prefer it.

Without anyone knowing your name or address?
Best way is to withdraw from bitcoin physical cards in local ATM but don't forget to mix or tumble the bitcoin before sending it to bitcoin card if you don't like to get traced through transaction.

As quoted its easy and secure to use bitcoin cards but the availability of bitcoin ATMs and card were not found around every city. So now its better to depend on exchange websites for cash out of bitcoin.

The best way to cash out is something that nobody has mentioned yet. Buy gold and silver online with Bitcoin, and then sell it for fiat.
Buying gold & silver at retail prices is not a good way to cash out.  If you could buy at spot or discount to spot then I'd say cool.  But it introduces an unnecessary step if you just want cash for bitcoin.  Kind of like spending bitcoin when it's much easier to use fiat.

Yeah, face to face or use the currency exchange section here, with escrow.

Thanks for your answer guys. I did try to order a Bitcoin creditcard, but my mistake was that I ordered two (different sites to test them out). Both had the same creditcard provider which locked me out unless I showed all kinds of documents.

I'm going to try out local bitcoins, but how do I know the money they are giving is real?

Easy, it isn't online. You will meet physically someone. Face to face. So unless you're given forged notes, or the guy in front of you is a magician, the money will be real.

I mean, how can I be sure it isn't counterfeit money
Trade with people that has a good reputation to reduce the chances of fraud. Alternatively, try using the security features (ie. watermarks, texture, quality of paper) to identify the notes. Alternatively, use a counterfeit note detector[1].

Localbitcoins or a bitcoin atm (if available in your place). The former option needs you to meet someone physically and trade face-to-face. You don't need to give him/her anything about you, just setup a place where you two would meet. The latter is as easy as scanning a qr code and wait for the cash to come out of the machine.
Don't ATM's require you to have a bunch of ID and things like that? They know who you are?
IDK I never used a BitCoin ATM.
Bitcoin ATM have the KYC/AML features built in and in some jurisdiction, the operator is required to enable them. There are some jurisdiction that does not require this if the amount purchased is below a specific limit. Check with the Bitcoin ATM operator.

you have to find a person to sell your bitcoin to and receive the money in form of cash if you want nobody to know your name and other information. you can find such person around you on localbitcoin or you may even be able to find someone on this forum if you ask for it on currency exchange.

but remember that this method has its own risks, try to do the exchange in a public place.

Just use the currency exchange section of the forum and use any method you want. Paypal is good if you fake details or you can also ask for cash exchange face to face.

for me the best way is selling to someone around me finding them on local forum or even on localbitcoins.

but you may prefer other methods like using an exchange service or evevn coinbase to sell and send money to your bank.

currently I'm using BTC to paytm to bank account. Here BTC to paytm (India) doesn't need anything other than paytm mobile number, instead you can even use bar code to request money. And after that no need to verify anything to transfer your funds to your bank account (only for banks that are in India) and it's instant + 4% fees.
