One of bitcointalk members launched image hosting site after imgur stopped working, TalkImg.com - Image hosting for BitcoinTalk which is the one I would recommend, just keep in mind that you can use it for bitcointalk only.
Alternatively, you can also use https://imgbb.com/ or https://postimages.org/ (this is the one I use for the other sites).

I hope this site will fulfill your need but if you need another alternative then I will recommend imgbb which i am using and didn't faced any issue so far.
Upload your image to https://talkimg.com and once you’re done you should get a BBcode link with the tag, so all you have to do is to come to the forum and paste it.
