I think the common reason why some other country is still experiencing poverty because of the laziness of people.

They are being given the option. Tell me one thing. If the government stops giving out handouts and welfare payments, how can these people afford to be lazy? They will be forced to work. But the politicians don't realize this. They are increasing the volume of the handouts, to get temporary benefits.

You are spot on. There are thousands of options for the poor people to get out of poverty. But the only thing is that they need to work hard. But the problem is that in most of the cases these people don't want to put in the extra effort and want to live off the government welfare schemes and handouts. They are not at all interested in learning new skills.

It is caused primarily because of the different starting points.

Somebody inherits wealth while someone inherits debt. Same goes for both individuals, groups and countries.
Effort it takes to change bad starting point is enormous and sometimes it takes several generations to do so.

There are few shortcuts though it takes combination of effort, right timing and luck to use them.
On the other side we wont be taking with us any of our material gains eventually because time we are assigned on this Earth is limited to around 80x365 days.

In countries like AFRICA, I think that the reason for hunger amongst citizens are scarcity of food in most places. In other parts of the world maybe the high prices of food and as well as unemployment makes it difficult for people to afford high nutrient food.

Common cause of poverty is the mismanagement of the government plus the unbalanced merit in the work per class. Let us be honest here, the system of merit does not necessarily reflect what one deserves; some are given more than the other. While some abuse every opportunity they can.

The common cause that i think why many country experiencing poverty is because of being lazyness, corrupt and also lack of education, we need to study for our future but others can't go to school because they don't have money . Also they can go to school if they can do working students .

The common cause of poverty is mainly military conflicts, the lack of education, and political interests resulting from it a corrupt system. There is also the believe that the condition can't be better.

For me ignorance is the most common cause of poverty because when a people lack knowledge about the right actions to take to be on the path of prosperity, such people end up languishing in poverty, even when they have what it takes to be a wealthy nation or people. In the same way, a people with little resources, but the right knowledge can make a prosperous nation. So, technical know-how is the key to economic emancipation for any people or nation.

It is the attitude. I ve been around the world visiting over fifty countries and i have communicated with people from very deprived societies and you speak with them and you just realize their thinking and that of their governments is the main problem. Corruption, injustice and thievery and all the causes of poverty develop from the tree of bad thinking. Thats for sure
