Rich people are getting richer because they know how to spend money wisely. They also save for the future. If you are industrious enough they youll be more than what you are right now.
I'd say a lack of education and corruption. A self centered view of the world creates wealth for few and leaves many behind.
I think its also something historicall as many countries have been exploited and have often been left alone to repair the damages themselves which they were not able to handle.

The common cause of poverty is corruption especially in our government official they are strong involved in corruption.second is the un-employement, terrorism, drugs. This are the main reason why we suffer poverty.

Poverty is the reason of people greedness. Many times leaders of small countries becoming corrupted and trying to make more and more money from their citizens without giving anything back. Result - poverty.

Poverty is the most common problem of some other country,because of government corruption,population growth,lack of education and unemployment.
The problem of poverty, it is an issue that is always present in various countries.
Increasing number of poverty, due to inflation adnya. Poverty is so much the result of causing increased crime, declining purchasing power, unmet basic needs of life, rising unemployment and so on.
Whatever the problems encountered above, should someone try to get out of the factors that can make it poor. Starting from factors that come from internal and external. The important thing here is a strong desire to change his destiny from the poor to become wealthy or even richer.

Basic Education, Mental Attitude on living in society, geographic, that form in a culture. I think the only reason people nowadays still exist and developing from time to time is because conscious and unconsciously people are take and practicing the true lessons from the true religion message, that Spread by the prophet and messenger of god to the people from time to time. So i think a culture that still practicing the message will prosperity and developed until they start to abandoned the message.

Lack of education and a lack of meaningful opportunity probably causes poverty IMO.
Education is the most powerful tool at your hand to get out of poverty, but it is not mandatory. I have seen many uneducated people becoming rich, as a result of their hard work. In fact, I would say that an uneducated, but hard-working person is much better than an educated lazy guy. If you don't want to work hard, then nothing else matters much.
Economic poverty is rooted in the poverty of power, and the poverty in power is rooted in the poverty of power (armed forces).
Lack of education and a lack of meaningful opportunity probably causes poverty IMO.
Perhaps laziness plays a part but I think that would be a small part. Although lack of real intelligence would be a major factor.

I think poverty is becoming more of a hereditary. If your parents are poor then chances are you will grow up as poor also. If you will not strive and work hard enough then you will not be able to get out of the slump that you are in. 
I think the common cause of poverty is unawareness. Being unaware because we do not care about our economy. Being born to be poor is not our fault, but dying poor is our lack of courageousness.

I think the main cause of poverty was lack of money, and most people particular in my country are not graduate of college, and most of it under graduate of high school and Elementary. And most of it also are lack of discipline too and unemployed.
Poverty is associated with political interest, individuality in stead of the common interest and the list goes on, mainly everybody thinks for them self, they don't want to make a team to solve the problems.
Lack of education. This can be formal and informal. And also the absence of enabling environment

the low level of education in the country is one of the factors of poverty. If a person has a high level of education it will also be high quality of life that they have. From the education makes the competition between communities very strict to get a job. This competition raises unemployment that causes poverty itself. that's what I think, I think that's the cause.
