The future of Bitcoin is very bright with it starting to conquer the mainstream business world. Although, for me, we still have to wait for the moment at which the price of Bitcoin will somehow reach a certain level of stability so that each Bitcoin transaction will remain to be sound even if the price of Bitcoin will fluctuate. Right now, the volatility level of Bitcoin's price is very high that transactions may or may not happen simply due to it.
For now, we can not generalize na future of any virtual currency because of course they have different features. But we can simplify the speculation of their future as this: the strong and good the system of their blockchain, the better. What's good in this is that because bitcoin have pioneered the virtual currency, people now have good comment about cryptocurrency.
Agreed, actually in a way, most of them are going to end up standing on their own and their future will be determined based on their future. I am very sure a lot of the coins or tokens presently in the market are going to end up worthless, end up as failure and scrapped from the market. A lot of them are even pump and dump with no real life usage and that is all they will ever be. However, the future is great in general for most of them that can really beat the hard part of being used in real life.
I think volatirity will be smaller and smaller. There will be more chance to pay with them, scalability will rise hugely, as the technology improves.

There's no such words that can explain how much bitcoins grow with a couple of years. In fact, the popularity of it make the world cautious. We can consider that bad issue encountered by the bitcoin but you can also consider how much impact that it gave to our community. Maybe in the future, the virtual is a bigdeal then this would be the primary money of all.
It is unpredictable indeed, no one knows what future does bitcoin have since day 1, being decentralized explains it all. The only thing we could do is to support it and earn bitcoin as long as we can, so in the future, we could have bigger profits, that's for sure, we might not know what is the peak of bitcoin's price is, but it will pump and pump every other year.
for me the bitcoin in the future remains the first order cryptocurrency nomination, since there is no good coin other than bitcoin for the future.
The fact is nobody could really tell what excatly will happen to virtual currency in the future because there is no certain things on earth specially in terms of crypto, but if we trust on our instinct and believe that bitcoin will live and last it would contribute the strength of it in the market, because reputaion and support of the users matters a lot.
