Few years back , maybe ICOs brought some attention to cryptocurrency world by introducing some real-life applications and attracted many investors ,but nowadays,i think ICOs have a really negative impact on the whole market as most projects turn into scam one way or another which made new investors lose faith in the whole market.
i think it depend on what kind of project that developer will bring and provide for crpto enthusiast. yes as we know we can found many ICO and new coins issued until now. with ICO developer can deliver their purpose of the project, they can communicate with their communities even they can attract many investors to support their project.
The majority of ico was giving an impact to the demand, remember there are some people were becoming the millionaires through ico instantly as long as they can choose the best project. As you can see that it has been giving the different value to the ico. The ico helps crypto to get the more demand. the newcomers are interested in the ico too. Ico can attract the newcomer to participate

Influence of ICO on the market I regard as positive. Thanks to such projects, the market is being updated, new technologies are coming.

For me the impact of new ico gives awareness to those that are yet to know about crypto the negative effect i see is fraudulent ico is depriving money to go to already launched project with good prospect.
I think it's good to have variety, because I've seen some ICOs with some extremely innovative ideas and projects, things that I would never have thought of, that's why it's good to have variety, that's why I also think there should be some kind of regulations, because at the moment there are many more scams than the ICOs that are serious and promising project.
I think the benefits of the ICO are to raise funds, a company can finance their projects by holding an ICO, for a company, ICOs can be used to develop their companies. We also know that investors are interested in investing their money in an ICO, investors want this collaboration can make money for both parties. I strongly support ICO, I just don't like ICOs that commit fraud.

As we all know that ICOs were done to raise funds and awareness to the community about a certain project that is innovated into crypto world. ICOs is useful for it can spread the good name of crypto. The downside of these ICOs is the congestion of the network making fees higher.
In the past, MLMs (Ponzi) assumed under ICO is one of the reasons that the crypto market has increased dramatically over a period of time, but market is affected when all MLM projects are falling a dozen times earlier this year. Causing a lot of poor people to go away for a moment and the news sites are blamed for being all due to Bitcoin (the reason they lack the knowledge of cryptocurrency). And now many of the mainnet have been created to serve the ICO like NEO, Stellar, QTum, EOS, etc. It no longer congested the network as before.

about 80% of new icos are scam adn good ones get the attention and gain market size. investors invest in the icos just to make money they don't have any concern with the market but crypto community increase as new investors invest in the icos to make some bucks

ICO brings a lot of ideas that could help our community it's important and dangerous at the same time because scam ICO's are very rampant nowadays so better research ICO's that really matters and has a working product.
Each ICO has a different product, of course, innovation and excellence have different benefits. With the new ICO then it's better to see what suits you, and of course, we also feel the benefits of ICO. Some ICOs compete to promote quality products, to draw the attention of the public to the technological presence of these ICO products.
ICOs are mainly for fund raising through crowdfunding. We have seen a lot of projects coming to the market to raise fund majority of them succeeded in raising the required amount needed while some also did not succeed. If the market is not impacting on the icos definitely by now ICO would have ended.I believe that market is really helping project raise the money they need.

To be honest, the impact of ICOs is really low at the moment compared with other means and markets for investment. But that is likely to change progresively and become more established.
Initial Public Offerings have already been replaced by Initial Coin Offerings. Investing in companies that open ICOs is so easy that it might be much more preferable over the traditional methods by almost all of the investors in the near future.

I think personally ICO who entered the market today has no impact whatsoever,
because every ico who entered not necessarily he can be accepted well because there are so many ico that failed and totally worthless when entering the mark
