You're fast to trust a website such a mixer. Since you claim they're legit...
The domain name has been created about 2 weeks ago only https://who.is/whois/heliosmixer.com
At the best, you used heliosmixer.com 1 time, enough to make you consider them 'legit'?

Nah I know...

How did you find this new mixer? Certainly not by the spam you posted on different forums. What a great way to start a business, that says a lot about the life span of this service.

Chimixer.

I use them at the same time and they are both  legit.

First i send to Heliosmixer and then forward directly to cryptomixer. I think this is a pretty good setup

Really I was stupid...

I wanted to get advice like you sooner.

I'd love to try other mixing sites, but maybe I won't use them anymore.

Thanks for your comment!

11.21 btc sent on May 22 still doesn't come back

I think smartmixer.io is a scam.

I don't want others to feel like me.

It is wise not to use smartmixer.io.

I find it crazy to spend ~$100k to someone when there are several red flags that can be found easily using a search engine. I'm so puzzled that I even wonder if it's true  Shocked
Sorry for you but it's a good reminder to make due diligence before using a mixer (even if we already used it, many services come and go)

Just some examples:

I mean I think we all know going into a poll like this that we're going to have a good amount of people supporting ChipMixer -- they have a LARGE presence on this forum and they pay a pretty penny to those that are involved in their signature campaign.

That's not a shot at you guys who are in the campaign though, as the service is amazing. I'll be dropping another vote for ChipMixer for being amazing. These others REALLY cant compete with them.

In this created poll thread based in your experience "What is the most fastest, reliable and secure Bitcoin Mixer for 2020?"

It's been over 72 hours, but not as much as 11 btc

What's wrong

Far from 72 hours, 5 days have passed!

Why don't smartmixer reply me??

I have already sent the following email 6 times  to [email protected] & [email protected]

On 5/22 I sent 11.21 btc to this address

3KE7KhUa8gH9M6TbCBxNDEkpbqPtDZgpj4

Transaction ID

8d534946f85ec067ea9170e1eddcfb76d7840bbe367d7bcc60c54cb5a8d5f141

My receiving address

bc1q3vpthtwag2aaclhptrmwc7wps6ulwywvqxlx5h

And I am sending from this address on 5/22
112onoZZcXwWn5Gjtacxs81TQYEc77QzBq

If I don't receive such important information and receive it, I don't recommend using smartmixer.

I went through the faq and i try out the process which i think it seems pretty easy to do even for a newbie but i would like to know if the generated wallet keys which were said to use to access the wallet and the deposit private keys, is it visible to your team? Can the private keys be used to import the deposit wallet address to wallet like electrum to be case?

1. No, all processes are automatically. When you press "Mix my coins", script check if there balance on depo address, and sends coins from reserve to generated clean addresses. Coins from your depo goes to our wallet to be mixed with CoinJoin and then goes to reserve.

2. Yes, you can import all private keys to any wallet, which support import.

Thats wonderful then since ones can actually import the generated wallet address to another BTC wallet that support such features but my last question is this.
How secure is the wallet and the pricate keys generated, i mean will youf team be able to see it one way or the other?

And they also mention that they use CoinJoin and have temporary wallet functionally, which makes us more confusing whether it's classified as mixer or CoinJoin service.

FAQ Sudoku Wallet:
https://sudokuwallet.io/faq

How to mix my coins?
You must add Bitcoins to your deposit address, wait for 3 confirmations then press "Mix my coins!". Using just 1 output address is not anonymous, so your coins will be split random between 2,3 or 4 addresses. You will receive clean coins, pre-mixed with CoinJoin, which haven't any connections with your deposit coins. Then you just should grab private keys, and import in your own main wallet.

Why does it need to include to secure Bitcoin mixers? You can't even fix your SSL/security issue.

It means our bitcoin is not safe from that website.

Bitcoin safety is SSL certificate on website? R u kidding me?  Cheesy

PS: Now SSL is fixed, it's not a problem. If you scared of it, you can use TOR:
sudoku6iyg556pshx6o4szv3e4nvkbpqtbqccrxzxyuvytugft46afyd.onion

PPS: Chipmixer uses TOR v.2 instead of using TOR v.3 - it is not safe for your BTC.  Wink

Crypto community believe in what they see than what been given an account of and over the years Chipmixer have clean record even when some mixing site was experimented for been vulnerable Chipmixer qualified as one of the secure mixing company.

I'm not sure Sudoku Wallet is mixer, since they claim they don't have control over your Bitcoin and use CoinJoin.

P.S. I know they're not being transparent about their system and currently closed-source.
You're correct about them closing their source but the wallet in subject claim to be bitcoin mixing wallet and i also believe they are not been honest when they claim not to have control over the transaction done on their platform when all mixing company dies that..

Also, most of mixers listed above are unfamiliar or just me?

Except for Chipmixer, most of them are new or at least started in 2018/2019. Bitcloak is kinda old though. And remember that it's just OP poll, some popular mixer might not make it.

I'm not sure Sudoku Wallet is mixer, since they claim they don't have control over your Bitcoin and use CoinJoin.
Sudoku Wallet - is a bitcoin tumbler, where you can mix your coins with CoinJoin and receive clean coins, which are not related to your identity.

It's exactly because you use CoinJoin that ETFbitcoin said you're not a mixer. You do know why right?

It looks like the site is encrypted by "Let's Encrypt" a free SSL authority, basically you can get a free cert but it has limits (I think the limit is 3 months then it has to be renewed).

What it looks like they didn't do, is set up the auto redirect to force ssl

I wouldn't trust the site but it looks like they tried partially.
AFAIK, using wordpress or the backend of it allows free cert security. I don't know why they didn't do that or they don't really know how to. PS. I'm not web dev expert, just saw a tutorial of it that I can barely remember.

The majority will be in favor of chipmixer and everyone who used it will say good review because you can even pay what you want with it. I personally, used it and I can say that even a beginner will manage to use it.
