At first be carefully and don't make fast decision. You can found a lot of new ICOs on this forum, but before investining try to learn more about project - what they propose, on which market they plan sell it and other important things.
Lear all documents and compare ICO with another projects.

No one knows which is the perfect ICO project.
But I want to invest as much as I can in those ICO projects that have enough followers, so it's more likely to be profitable.

There are lots of criteria to choose a perfect ICO. Firstly, technology behind ICO. For example iota and streamr have the same technologies, both of them about IoT (Internet of Things). Which will be successful, we will see later
Second criteria is; the money which is collected in the ICO. It is very important for the coin's first market value. The other criteria, how the coin's software technology? It's also so important. Let's talk about the perfect ICO's.

There lots of good ICOs but these are very impressive. They are not a investment advice. If you want to invest the ICO's, you can firstly review these ICO's whitepapers firstly.

It's full of icos at the moment, take a look over Etherinc, i am investing on that one at the moment, but there are a lot of other ones which might be good too.. Take a look over the signatures of most people in here and take it as a reference.

What project would I support financially? For sure, the one which has lofty ambitions. If you see an ICO which is solving an important problem, it’s a good sign. It should have a team of experts who are ready to answer your questions day and night. Social media are not of less importance. Before making an investment, I check the White Paper. For me if ICO is held for a working product, it means that your money will go where needed. I don't invest when company doesn't have a prototype, for example. Have a look at the proect which is in my signature. I believe in this ICO.

No ICO project is perfect because everything to build a good project is extremely difficult and requires a lot of professional staff while most ICO projects are projects starup with a very young management team. Choose projects that have unique ideas, serve the needs of the project, and the management team who are interested in the project. These are the criteria you should choose when looking for new ICO projects.

Don't look for perfect ICO because you will just failed instead look for a promising project that you think can gives you higher rewards in the long run. People will tell you here some ICO that they think its best, but you must study further to prove that they are telling the truth and not just hype.

No ICO is perfect, every good ICO project depends on the product they are trying to bring in the market which can benefit users in any way by providing a solution for an existing problem. You should thoroughly understand the project by reading the white paper if you are going to invest. Don't invest your hard earned money blindly. Look for the project that is unique & has no other competitor ICO offering likely the same thing, as most ICO that is emerging in the market are somehow copying other past existing ICO projects. Also, avoid investing in ICO that is based on lending platforms or just offering easy money transfer via an app.

The ideal ICO is when you get at least double profit on the way out! If the minus is already a problem!
