The worst thing I guess is when we sold our Vibe coin during December 2017 which around 3000USD during that time for all the coins and came January 2018 it shoots to around 130K USD. Imagine if we waited for just around 3 weeks, that's going to be a huge money for us. But well, that's life in crypto world. That money is already a blessing anyway.
I had around 200k worth 3 coins along with bounties. It was REBL, Tron, Ripple. I hodl them for about a week and sold all of them and after a week when I had sold them I saw those coins going to the moon. This was due to lack of my exposure to the crypto world. One more incident is I initiated a trade worth around 80$ in btc, I did not know that there are frauds here on this site too. I traded with a newbie on this forum and got scammed. I learned from that mistake, from both of them.
My worst experience I did when the first time I get into trading industries after I buy some alts my emotions control me because every time I see that my coins price drop I feel devastated so in the end I end up to panic selling after 2 or 3 days I see that the coins I sold become increases so I learned that the patience is key don't let my emotions control me.
You should work on that thing and you need to fix yourself so you will be having a good performance in trading. You can't just do that all the time because you will not go anywhere and you will just lose all of your money. Discipline yourself and have some plans before you trade so you have something to follow and not only blind trading. One of the worst thing I did in the cryptoworld is to expect to much from the coin I'm currently holding. Ever since I start holding it, the value of it was below ico price and I hold it for like five months and the value went up like 5x the ico price and I didn't sold my coins because I though that it will continue to rise and it will recover. But at the end I totally regret it because it is back again below the ico price.
Which coin you are holding because based on that coin potential we can predict in future it will grow or not. I also got few UTT coins in bounty campaign when they issue coins that time the price was near $2 and before that, it went up to $3 so I thought it will grow again, but now the situation is too worst the price is $0.7 don't know what to do i am still holding those coins.
The worst experience for me was that I kept all my funds and altcoins on exchange.. 
This was a tought lesson so I will never do it again.
This should be warning for all of you not to keep coins and funds on exchanges.
Many of you remember Cryptsy. The owner cashed all funds and disappeared.. Sad story.

the worst thing in crypto is not happen to me i have used this currency with great care and because of this the crypto is important to me while in the present time many people did wrong decisions for which they have lost their wealth of crypto and it is good to hold this currency for the future for the time being bitcoin is the active currency of the world and from this the movement of trading in this currencies are very high so it is good to work in the crypto market with care so you will not face any worst thing.

I have this experience too in the past and like what you say, I regret it but I do not regret too long because I need to make another profit in the future. and now, I think when I remember about my mistake, its really gives me a lesson that I need to hold my emotion if I see the price is down and I think it is not better to panic.

I have encountered mistakes like you before, I bought and tried to hold it for a while, but it did not go up, I started to worry and sell them. After I sold them, the market went up, and it went up several times. I think we should keep our decision to the end.pls give your experience also.....

I have not yet experience selling anything because i am still new but i think it is not wrong to sell your token as long as profit with your transaction. We can't see what will happen in the future, so if you think you will gain profit by selling your coin then go ahead, sell it.pls give your experience also.....

But it wasn’t going up or down as of then, and kept on being stable at either the rate of $50 or $100. Later it got to $250, I thought that’s the highest rate it will achieve, so I withdrew all I had, believing that I’ve made the highest profit anyone would make from Bitcoin.

There is some story ion the life of every investors in which he has made such sort of decision which made him lose some huge amount of money at that time. The worst thing that i have done in crypto world when the first time i learn trading investment,that time i have not so much idea and experience of how to trade,so i buy bitcoin in a high price,without waiting for the moment that its will go dump,after that i buy another kinds of coins that i think its have a great potential in the market,but suddenly those coins continue to drops down its value,so to escape those coin i sell it back again in a low price and get my capital even im loosing a 50% of my investment,at least i have some left of my money.

I do buy high and sell low, I can't control my emotions when market is bleeding it always freak me out because I am always thinking that bitcoin will never go up again. FUD thing thopls give your experience also.....

I am sure that all of us have this experience and it is painful but we need to learn from this so we don't have to make the same mistake again in the future. maybe getting scam is the worst thing that we did and it is not just in crypto but in our real life, we have this experience. one thing that we can do is be careful when we decide to invest in any of programs and learn that programs so we can know if it is a real program or not so we can determine how much money we want to spend.
But it is very easy to plot a scam because it has some characteristics that if known help the person to get rid of it.Most prominent one is they ask for nonsense activities.

What's important to this is you already profited so there's nothing to regret.
And who knows that time that bitcoin will be a hit after some years and whoever knew that then they're must be damn rich now. But that was past and a lesson learned as so holding bitcoin now is really a must to everyone so we can avoid posting this again after some years. Likewise, it's good to reminisce our regrets.
