The worst thing that I've done in Crypto world is that maybe when I encounter bitcoin last 2015. I haven't invest that time as I have the right amount of money that time. Sorry I lost my connection to internet world that time. Broke my desktop actually, when I'm getting to know Bitcoin. Love the program of Bitcoin to economy.
I dump all my bitcoin when bitcoin also dump in price that will be the biggest mistake that i done im my whole life. If i didnt sell it i earn more money.
The problem you the same with my troubles, in a hurry when selling coin and immediately up after ngejual her, is the worst experience I was when selling Rebelious on rate low and now rate it very nice.

I have sold my ethereum at $500. Now I have the biggest regret now in my life. But I am still not giving up to find that kind of coin that will burst again.
the worst experience I've ever experienced, not considering market price movements or carelessly buying at a high price, because I think that in the future prices are rising, but in fact I feel rushed to buy altcoin which will increase the price in the future, but in the end the altcoin it is experiencing a very drastic price decline.

Didn't hold my coins for too long I sold most of them at a low price,
Most of the time when I was eager to take my profit I would sold my coin right away then after I sold the coin it would pump up.

I think this is a very sad thing. The thing that to me is the worst and the sad also happens the same as you, when I sell some alt coin and Bitcoin with a panic when looking at the price of alt coin and bitcoin in the market is declining. I think rather than not making a profit at all I better sell first to cut my losses. Hours later, the market price of bitcoin stocks rose followed by other altcoins and even rose very high. I am very sorry to sell it and I started to learn to wait also be patient and begin to believe in the rise of bitcoin now.

Aside from gambling at different gambling site. I am regretting how worst I did at selling all my bounty hedge. I wish I have waited till this long before selling all of it.
My worst experience is when I bought token when i thought is dipping down. After I bought 1 month later, price down more than 50% and its really worst for me. But untill now, I am still holding it because its good token 
i did not sell my xrp when it reached 3$
the worst thing that i am alreadly did is panic selling when in the deep dip state and try to recover my loss by doing cutloss but failed. kinda regret not to hold it. but, it is nice thing to experienced. so in the future you already know what would caused by that kind of act.
The worst thing that i did is not holding my coins in the long period of time. I sold my bitcoins and one of my coin in a week when i recieve them. Then the value of the coins that i sold was instantly boost its price and was increase 5times when i sold it.
I never experience the worst scenario in bitcoin but one of the coin was so disappointed me because i invest a large amount of money in that coin that they are saying they new partner new investo so that the coin was rising but the worst is that is not true and the value of that coin was falling down im so dissapointed me in that coin but still believing and holding my coin so i hope it will rise and it will not make it in zero value.
I am still in the learning process and every experience gives me a lesson. Way back when i got hold of my reward in a certain coin, i cashed out everything wothin 24hrs from the time it got distributed. But then, its value increased like 2 folds after 2 days and i really got devastated.

my worst experience is to panic sell too.
I don't want to remember those times that I panic sold my bitcoins and yes its with an "s" on it, bitcoinss. That's the worst thing that I did in crypto world and when I was quite new in the crypto market I'm believing those FUDs so in result of being gullible, I sold. 
As with the majority, this is what I gave in to panic and in a hurry I sold everything thinking that it would not grow in the future
