I think the April Fool's joke pulled off by Royse777 was pretty funny. It is good to have a bit of laughter and enjoyment in our lives, especially with all the stress and challenges that we face on a daily basis. I also think that everyone who signed up for the campaign was able to keep participating in their current ones, and that no one lost their job as a result. While I understand the appeal of a high-paying campaign, we need to be cautious and not get too carried away with our expectations. It is important to stay grounded in reality and recognize that not everything that is presented to us is a guarantee.

Yeah expect unpleasant and unexpected on April 1, I have a lot on my social media feeds including the signing off of my favorite radio station and one of my favorite restaurants then I found later it's all a joke, so bookmark April 1 and get used to it, even Bitcointalk has one every year, I thought they are serious on the captcha that is too difficult to solve its part of April 1 fools day, don't take things seriously every time April 1 comes.

What @Royse777 did was not right as he lured everyone with a high-paying offer to his signature campaign and later on announced it was a fake signature campaign on the pretext of April fool prank that eventually made me look like a beggar.
LOL
Sorry but this is one more pathetic post and no wonder jollybad gave you merit for this one... he is probably going crazy in his head because Royse managed to get back running so many campaigns right now  Cheesy
If you don't have enough brain power to understand what Royse did, that is your problem, but are you also going to also accuse Theymos for luring you and everyone else, every year on Aprils 1st ?!  ::

PS
Oh and please don't forget to demand from Royse to pay your medical insurance and write you review in your job resume  Cheesy

Prank is not for everyone, some can find it funny but some don't. So its expected to receive different reaction towards the action done.

But also same on scam if its good to be true its not true. And so far we didn't see the campaign offer $5 for low rank and  $10 per post on high rank so I guess Royse pulled up a good prank here with such thing.

Royse April fool message will make some forum users to loss their work.
no one will lose their job. those who signed up did not drop out of the campaigns they participated in previously. so all those who sign up will be fine.
and let's be honest, Royse777 made an awesome April fool of the year. and in the next year, everyone should also get used to this.
April fools don't just belong to forum admins, all forum members can enjoy it too. although it will leave laughter and also a bit of annoyance, hopefully, nothing will hurt.

Happy or not its seems not wrong when making joke on 1st April, have been tradition on every years you make make one thing fraud or have been popular with prank although with many user become victim by applying on signature campaign relaunch by @Royse777. OP was right about unprofessional when making prank with many people have been excited joining signature with most higher payment, but there are not mistake from @Royse777 because he tries to seize the moment April's fool.

Honestly you can do with the same thing like @Royse777 by creating new topic about signature campaign with higher reward but on 1st April, lately you need confirm later about prank moment, don't be serious what did by someone actually in 1st April always have any unpredictable or they try to make joke.

Sometimes you have to have hard shell so it doesn't get scratched easily. This is also meant so that you don't prioritize feelings over reality. Some people certainly hope to get high fee to deal with inflation and financial crises, but you shouldn't run away from the fact that not everything that is presented in front of you is guarantee for you to have.

It's great to be true that about $5 per post for full members, but you still get paid $40 per week in one of the campaign. So take the reality and continue your fun journey.

OP,  it.nice of you to state your honest opinion but that doesn't make it binding. You might be hurt by the prank but, it is what it is in the end. How about being threatened with a ban? Of course if your being banned, there would be no chnace gor you to wear a signature or avatar to participate in any campaign. Do we have to call put Theymos too on his prank on our status on the forum?

The prank is a test of intelligence na dhow you are able to rationalise what is out here based on experience and what day it is. Falling gor this doesn't mean much and I would have even liked him to go the length of accepting participants and close it in the end yo see how may would Ave been so hasty in changing there signature.

It's April fool yah, move on and be expecting something more next year.

Op we all know that the joke affected a lot people but just take it as an April fool signature campaign for only that day and nothing more. On the April Fool day everyone has their way of doing things to have fun and play around and that as how Royse did his own. This will come to many mind every first of April and it will make people or users in the forum to be more clever on that the day of every April.

Royse April fool message will make some forum users to loss their work. Therefore Royse apology might not have effect on them. What has happened has happened so everyone should take it with good faith. Nothing spoiled, everything is alright. I was enjoying theymos April fool game through out. All were fun for the day. Nobody should take it personal.

As many like me are not going to forget this embarrassment when he/she announced that it was and that the signature campaign has been renewed, I personally thought that it was not genuine but later on realized it was as BM replied to one of the queries about its authenticity of this campaign. I have edited it as per my requirement but my question is Why would someone do that?

my opinion is that it is more embarrassing to open a separate thread and cry about how someone dared to play with its dreams of big money.

Does it take a lot of effort to make an apply post? - Certainly not but why humiliate someone genuinely?

if you think that applying for a campaign is humiliation or begging, then you have a very wrong assumption about this forum and campaigns in general.

I knew DT members would be hovering around this topic. I agree there is nothing harm on playing pranks. I only disagree when someone like a BM shows how much we are dependent on them through a signature campaign and how he made me feel that I was one of the beggars trying to get a position on my BMs signature campaign.

theymos also did some pranks on the forum access, why don't you have any complaints about that part? Managing a forum is a much more serious matter than one campaign and its bounty manager.

I'm honestly not a fan of April Fool's jokes, but here I was more amused by the reaction of others who can't accept that they were part of it. everyone who was the subject and accepted this joke with a smile, just won more sympathy because they are reasonable.

I confident I will be removed from the signature campaign and may be blacklisted
That is for the campaign manager to decide as it is within his rights to do so in his campaigns.
or might get a negative trust after this topic
If anyone felt hurt then please accept my apology.
...
Sorry, for any inconvenience that happened to anyone by the prank.
Thus i think it is best to forgive, forget, move on and don't forget to put on your thick skins as you scroll around Bitcointalk. Grin

I mean what made him/her do such unprofessional?

Anyway, OP, it's not consistent for you to repeat these things several times in the thread and still continue to work for him.

What’s a BM?? I’m used to the term CM.

Bounty Manager. Royse777 is primarily a campaign manager for campaigns that pay in Bitcoin but he is also or has been a bounty manager.

I almost got prank on April 1st about the highest paid campaign, but Royse777 humbly apologizes to you anyway.

Again it was a pure April fool joke, not meant to hurt anyone's feeling: https://t.me/Royse777Agency/578
If anyone felt hurt then please accept my apology.

Nevertheless, you are free to give your opinion about Royse777 regardless of whether you think he is professional or not. But think again wisely, does this hurt you financially? But it is very possible that your emotions are now ignited by it.

Keep my wife’s name out your f***king mouth!  Grin Really what’s the fuss all about? You are wearing a signature of one of the campaigns Royse777 is managing. Has he ever skipped a payment, or been unfair to the participants of his campaign. Those are valid reasons to call out a campaign manager. It seems you were hurt really bad by the joke maybe because of high rates attached to it. People have pulled more serious and sensitive jokes on April 1 outside the forum. One should be conscious of anything that happens on April 1 because there’s 99% chance it’s a joke. Look on the bright side OP, next year he can’t pull the same joke.

Don’t take life so seriously, I don’t see why you can’t take a simple joke on April fool’s day. I got pranked too, I think Royse777 did the prank in all his existing campaigns, myself among others got selected but it turns out it was part of the joke. It’s nothing personal, and I don’t see the harm in it. I think his prank is the best so far because a lot of people fell for it.

The forum and signature campaigns were not meant to be a full time job.

Did I say I am looking for a full-time job?

What I said was why he/she did such a shit prank on everyone when you are aware everyone needy/freebies/opportunists would reply. I mean what made him/her do such unprofessional? Is it his ability to get more clients or he was shit posting to confuse some big bounty members. Ultimately he destroyed himself as the most worthy and reliable poster will not go for his offer until there is someone else who can

▶️ I reserve the full right to add/remove any participants, push/cancel/reopen the campaign, or edit any rules of this campaign

What you have quoted is a generic terminology of every BM.

Ok, well assuming you were included in the pay upgrade as you quoted in OP (which you weren't), then consider yourself added and removed as quickly as it happened. This generic terminology is designed specifically to be able to remove participants to a specific campaign as quickly as they were added. So in this sense, Royse had definitively "covered themselves" from breaching any type of contract in this sense.

Does it says anywhere that you will be pranked by me whenever I want to.

On April 1st, it should be assumed that you will be pranked by anyone over anything. It's a cultural thing, maybe understood better in certain cultures much better than others to be honest.

How can someone as a BM play a prank on members who are giving their everything to make this forum better?

April Fools Day has it's own rules. Let's not conflate this with all the other 364 days of the year...

Still can't believe there is another Royse777 thread, someone would make a collection!

Although I empathize your experience towards the recent event but sadly you voluntary agree on this kind of prank by joining his signature campaign because of his written rules quoted below.

I did voluntarily agree on the signature campaign but not the prank.

The answer is already lies on the rules. He has the full right to push/cancel/reopen the campaign, or edit any rules of the campaign.

He reopen the campaign to the new one and change the payment rate with higher rate then reverse back after April fools by doing same method. That’s already satisfied all the action that he did on the prank. You said that you already agree on this rules, Regardless of the prank side. This is really what happened on his recent action.
