I can say that the biggest obstacle where i live is the lack of merit and corruption. They destroyed the hopes of hardworking people by firing talented people from the country's institutions and replacing them with incompetent ones. They stopped the way of owning something working people tried to find a way to get rich without effort and effort so education didn't matter.

One of the things that make me happy in life is that i have a happy family, house, car and regular income. I don't think i’m going to be very rich. You can achieve this by working in most European countries and developed countries but it is very difficult to have them by working in the country where i live. That's why i wanted to point out the two most basic problems of the place where i live. Lack of education and incompetence. Two things that lead us to failure.

There is nothing wrong to treat your work/family seriously but remember you have to draw a bottom line. If anybody tries to take advantage of you in whatever reason,  please cut them off immediately. If not, an endless horrible life is what you'll get. I believed in good heart and being kind to all the people around me but this ideal does not work in real life. We have to know when to be an asshole in order to survive. Winners always take it all and losers get nothing.

Not letting to use you is one thing, but being an asshole is entirely another. We, humans, have been building a world where assholes have small chances to survive, and sympathetic and helpful people have bigger ones. The times of those "winners" that "take it all" have passed, but, as we can see, many people haven't noticed that.

Again, don't let leeches to use you and keep you apart from your financial freedom, but know this: being an asshole is bad for your survival at the present times.

Of course, finding a stable income source will be the hardest especially if you lack the knowledge and the skills. It’s even harder if you’re still studying and you need to balance your time with work and study. Even if you managed to find a good income source, with the rate of goods these days due to inflation, it’s harder to have a comfortable life without worrying about tomorrow.

I think it's not an easy thing to achieve financial freedom, since graduating from school I have worked for about 10 years and is now around 32 years old, but I find it difficult to achieve financial freedom, besides working I also try to find other sources of income such as raising chickens, unfortunately It hasn't been able to make me get a big income as a capital for financial freedom.

That's life, you can't regret what you've been through right now because everyone has their own path to success and maybe it's not time for you to get financial changes this year but we can't be sure what will happen in the future and what has happened happen in the future make it a big lesson.
Yes, everyone has their own way to success and that's unique,
besides that we never know when success will come even though we have worked hard it is not a guarantee,
but that doesn't mean it makes us relaxed and the important thing is to keep trying our best.

Most of us dream of financial freedom at the earliest, it completely depends on the environment, circumstances, capacity, conditions of each person.  In that respect, no comparison will be made between timing, age or progress.  The obstacle on my path to financial freedom is probably the problem of saving, I am a hard worker who earns money to accumulate but my expenses and expenses are quite easy and wasteful, in addition,  My investment choices weren't exactly well-timed and, importantly, I've never had any luck.
When you have a propensity to spend more than you save, it's tough to get your financial house in order, so I hear you. Many of us have this problem regularly. It's never too late to make a change and start moving in the direction of your financial objectives, however.

Keeping a record of your spending will help you identify areas where you can make reductions. Spend money solely on items that are crucial to you and your priorities. You might also start investing some of your monthly earnings or setting money away for emergencies. Building up your savings like this will aid you in your pursuit of financial independence.

Investing wisely is another key factor. Find out what sort of investments might benefit you the most by doing some research and consulting with financial professionals. Don't be shy about asking for clarification or assistance; there are plenty of resources out there to point you in the correct way.

It's important to keep in mind that building wealth takes time and effort, but that reaching financial independence is possible for anybody who's prepared to put in the time and effort. Don't give up and keep moving ahead despite temporary setbacks. You'll get a lot closer to your objective if you consistently take baby steps in the right direction.

My biggest obstacle in achieving my goal of a financially free economy is when I have the temptation to shop for things that are not so important but must be owned, this is something that is difficult for me  to avoid , so that my savings never increase and my life is just like this, nothing changes.

Yes, it also sometimes makes me lose my money, which I have saved long enough to invest. Without realizing it, I buy the things I want on the same day. It's very difficult to control my desires, especially if we have money to buy everything we want. it feels like saving and investing are just dreams in awareness. Maybe we need to train slowly not to always follow what we want and easily spend the money we have, having financial management may be needed to be more organized in spending money.

This is really a bad temptation and I also started a new thread talking about this. At least you or we have realized this and just continue to work on the rest part. Come on.

Money has been a problem ever since goods and services were created because you need it for maintenance, but it also takes a lot of effort and sacrifice to become financially independent because you have to be able to distinguish between need and want. This is particularly difficult because, as humans, we tend to focus on things that are not that crucial. so it takes determination to attain.
It is important to have wisdom in using money and this is not easy,
regarding that, needs certainly need to be met and what is difficult to control is desire, that's why I think we need to reduce expenses that are not too important,
Achieving financial freedom is not easy, of course, because it requires sacrifice, as you said.
It should be like that but in conditions like this there are not a few people who find it very difficult to do something like this. Desire due to momentary emotions always comes where we have more money and it always happens because we realize it or not when our income goes up, the expenses we make will also go up. Maybe it doesn't happen to everyone, but on average it's like that because when we have money we can forget about saving or saving and this is what we regret in the end.
I over spend most of the time - but during COVID - I started reducing my clutter and living a simple life. I don't go to market unless there is some need.
i stick to what is needed and come back home quick.
This practice is helping me save a little bit.

We are general public. Yesterday I have heard in news that Indian conglomerate lost his $500billion to the hand of scammer. And he fell from world no 3 richest to the world no 7 richest. This is what bad luck and bad time can do to you despite of all the wisdom

I also think of all the mistakes I have done in last few years. Spending for many things uselessly.
But then again one of the biggest obstacle is the selfish and dirty people who came to your way - just to get money out of you and  play with your emotion. I wish I would have never fell prey to those people.

Time, financial freedom is easy for those who started early and accumulated assets over the course of their lives, but most of us start dealing with money as soon as they get a job, then the responsibility will be great and the return will be very low.
If you start at an early age, for example 14 years old, then by the age of three, you will have come most of the way to financial freedom, unlike if you started at 24 years old.
There are those that started early by all means possible to accumulate right from their very early age but never made it half way to attaining financial freedom. Not because they didn't start well but maybe  because they never had a strong already established background, connections as a pull to support their strive to financial freedom.

So most times, it's necessarily not about starting early, as some persons grew up from an already established background (wealthy family) so accumulating won't be a problem when the zeal is there unlike those of us that came out of backgrounds where we had to start from the scratch, how then can such persons be able to accumulate from early stage of life at 14, when even starting at 24 the needed resources to start may not be readily available.
I think I over work and give my work and my profession and people around me importance more than they deserve.
I trust very easily and I get a good betrayal at the end.
the biggest obstacle in my financial growth is giving by family and friends free services.

They have extracted the last drop of blood from me to get the help which they would wanted. I am now not available for them - but it's too late.

Cutting people off needs courage, and some people do not have it, but it is necessary because you'll end up dragging them down or you'll get affected emotionally, which is very difficult as it could affect your life. Being helpful is best only to those who deserve it, not to those who are already exploiting you; the only solution is to talk to them and make them understand that they have crossed the line, or to cut them directly, but expect a lot of bash.
it is okie to help them - but not at the cost of your mental health
sometimes remaining silent doesn't mean that you don't understand - although I know what people does with me but - I change my track and leave all those who are using me for their benefits only.

Regardless where we live, money is our top priority in order to survive and thrive. Having enough money to fall back on means we are entitled to more choice and possibilities. Like it or not, we are chasing or being forced to chase money in most phases of our life. Financial freedom has been most people's ultimate goal for decades, if not for centuries. To achieve this goal, we will encounter endless challenges. Each of us has a unique life situation so what is your biggest obstacle to achieving it ? I know we can make a long list of problems but there must be one or two primary reasons that really hold you back. This is where we should focus and I would like to hear your story. Thanks.

   -  Almost everyone wants to achieve financial freedom in their life. The problem is that most of them do not make a way to reach it, as if they only want to pay lip service, and only a few are determined and persistent in this matter.

Moreover, if anyone has reached this, the others do not have the discipline to spend on things that are not needed. So the result is that the money we have is spent on useless things. In short, we must know how to handle money and use it properly.
