If you are a lucky person you can try to trade. From my experience, studying the project and news does not always affect the price. It happens that the price has already gone down, and only then do negative news appear.
My experience in trading are not good. I think it is hard to trade when the prices only fall. I will not do my next trades until the market recovers and prices rise again.
I'm in crypto trading since 1 years and i have some good and some bad story. Now I have experience of trading and my strategy is I book my profit first even that is five percent because this time crypto is very volatile.
I have had some success and some failures. My biggest strategy is to get in and out for a small profit as quickly as possible. Kinda like grabbing nickel in front of a steamroller. Dangerous but profitable if done correctly. You need to miss the huge swings.

I have more than 3 years of experiences in Forex field. Actually, if you have a good emotion control ability then you can make good profits. If not, it will not be much easy to make profits.

I also trade only from coins that I get from a bounty or airdrop campaign. and in the end I always made mistakes in trading, like selling my coins too early and I panicked when I saw the market was falling.
I cant do chart analyse and I have never won with trading thats why I suggest HODL to newbies.
chart analyse is absolutely needed,
so, if you didn't have enough knowledge about it, long term hold is the best choice,,
because, everyone who want to start trading, should know how to predict the price by analyse the chart
