Productivist is one of the best ICO today that i can recommend. Productivist says its platform is an “open, global and free alternative” to the relocations and heavy investments that many firms and individuals in the manufacturing sector are faced with if they want to grow and flourish.

ICO Fantom in June, 2018 is #1 TOP ICO in June because is the world’s first DAG based smart contract platform that solves the issue of scalability and confirmation time of the existing blockchain technology.
I like every single ICO which collect hardcap. because it means demand for tokens after listing. Look at Credits, they completely sold out and already 3x despite total market decrease. The same option could happen with Current. They were sold out on pre-sale, so there are many investors willing to buy it.
At the moment my favorite ICO is Smart Cointainers. A temperature sensitive logistics project as a revolution for the transport of sensitive food products and pharma goods. It is a high-tech container provider in switzerland. 
Personally, I'm into environmental advocacy and green projects -- anything that can contribute to the society in terms of protecting the environment. One the best ICOs I found and I personally like is VLUX. They are a peer-to-peer energy trading company based in London. They have an awesome team and I love the idea of peer-to-peer energy trading. Tradingene. This one here in my signature. As I see these guys put some nice amount of effort into their project, the goals and the way there is rather clearly defined, and they seems to have some working prototype. Of course this isn't guarantee for anything but definitely a good start.
I now like projects from the gaming industry. You can see in my signature is also a good project but before making investments, do your analysis of the project

I do not have a favorite for ICO, the reason I have ever followed some ICO but as long as it's done I get nothing. which I choose wrong ICO or scam and it's membat I wasted my time during joining.

Check out the project, in which I participate in the bounty program. This is a promising project, I believe in it and actively promote it among other participants. I have high hopes for him!
I think Quarkchian looks really cool. The main problem is that only 5000 people will have an opportunity to invest and for crowdsale there will be only 4 or 5 millions $. So i think this project will be very successful.
At the moment, the best ico is CREDIT. because it is zipper payments. They have a very strong development team, and this is a big rarity. Therefore, they have a good coin course and a promising future. I believe in their project.
For now EOS but in the future I see much potential in Bitupper's ICO since the idea is mind-blowing and interesting since the blockchain needs to be brought to masses and Bitupper does it exactly the easy and smooth way
Yes indeed now there are a lot of different ICO and it's not surprising that people are at a loss and can't make a choice. I am currently waiting for an ICO project such as Merculet.
In my opinion, a rather promising ico OneLedger is a scalable universal cross-platform Protocol developed for business in order to combine different blockchain and enable all types of business applications to connect to different block chains through the side chains of One Ledger.
