If you don't control these stresses, they will affect your health very much. So what to do to reduce stress? It is very simple, such as sleep enough 8 hours per day, chit and chat with close friends, meditation, do exercise, smiling more and take care of yourself.

Everything that helps me forget about my problems

But I think that the top 3 will be: sports, reading and cooking
I do read both comics and books. So I can easily change them if I'm bothered with one of them))

For me it's obviously sweets. I understand that it is really bad for my body - eating too much sugar, and i try to control myself, ut sometimes i cannot do anything.
