Sometimes I listening music and watching movies. I am also happy when I am with my family because they are special to me and I want them to be with me and be happy. So I want to do everything for them because they are my stress reliever Cheesy.

When I am stressed,  I love to play online or offline games. Especially those action games that has tasks and missions to accomplish. It as quite challenging for me and most of the times I am eager to win and accomplish the tasks or missions.

My stress reliever is going to church every sunday morning until evening. Its a nice feeling to refresh every weekend with God and make a quiet time. Just ask wisdom while playing a old piano. Specially when you talk to the elder of the church who always teach you in every aspect of life and situation. So much stress relieve and loving life with passion and sincerity! What do you think guys!

Doing what you enjoy most is the best way to release stress. Personally, I prefer paying badminton since I love the game so much. Cheesy

Meditation. I focus my senses inwards and find calmness. Meditation is a very effective way of relieving stress. The biggest advantage of meditation is it is free! Unlike other stress reliever. and you can do it anywhere anytime. You can do it on a very busy subway or a quiet empty room. However, for some people meditation is hard. It is very hard to focus inwards and it takes time to master how to block all those noises and external stimulants. Like other crafts practicing meditation will only make you better at it.  Grin

Wow, that is new for me. But I do not understand how to do meditation. Usually when I have stress, I watch some preachers, inspirational talk show, and some of my favorite song. But all of that sometimes does not give me any effect, so the best stress reliever is sleep. Or maybe sometimes I just go to sleep and work at night because it is so quite. There is no human, that means no problems right ? Grin I can focus on my work or staring at the wall for hours. It gives me some thought and idea, about how to overcome the stress and continue living.

My stress reliever is to sleep 10 hours and walk at least 1 hours everyday.

For me sometimes my girlfriend the one that gives me stress so i would not choose her. But basketball and other sports can really help gou relieve stress. That way you can release it physically.
The fact is that all men who have women as a load have a constant fear and suffer from their tricks. Women are very impulsive creatures and therefore Men must endure all that they do. But I would say that not everything is as bad as it seems at first glance.
That's true that women especially our girlfriend, wife, or sister is one of the reasons of our stress but let us not forget the fact that they can also be our stress reliever. They may be bossy at times especially when shopping but let's just follow what they want and everythig will fall into place.

I go to different place and spend my time there. I also do going to mall then watching movies alone. Sometimes i spend my time together with my friends but most of the time i just stay in the house and sleep all day.

I go out and buy something for my self that is how i calm my self and removed my stress
