I play with my Cat.
and just feed him.

If i had a really bad day, being alone in my room with a tv series or a movie would do. If a had a bad two days, the gym helps me to clear my mind. If that doesn't do it, sprints is nice.

Music is my stress reliever, its my hobby as well. It brings me joy when I listen to music and play some instruments.

For me my stress reliever are playing basketball with friends, hanging around, and do something what makes me happy that's why i release stress out of my body and make me feel happy inside and the outside.

                    Sometimes getting out from your comfort zones make you feel relieved by the fact that you are trying new experiences. Mentally, stress relief can also be achieve by doing stuffs you are also comfortable, but for me it doesn't excites me whenever I am not experiencing new things. As for me life is just a one time big time, you don't have to get stressed doing nothing, or overthinking peoples action and treatment towards you, live your own life, enjoy what you have, try new things, deal with good food, good music, and real people, most importantly, collect emotions and feelings not things.

When I'm stress I just eat a lot of chocolates or any sweet foods thats my stress reliever. Also love to date myself like watching movies then have pamper after.

mediation, doing mediation is the best stress reliever. every day early morning 10 minutes i have to do mediation and evening before sleep i have to do. it gives me more relief from my stress. in my office and in home i have more tensions so i feel more stress, in that situation i have to do at least five minutes mediation then i get relief.

Bonding with my family is one of my stress reliever in my life.
By their care and love, I feel so blessed to have them.
stress will be lost when we are with family because of their affection and see them smiling makes peace for us

Whenever I am stress, my stress reliever is to dance. I always feel happy when I dance. Another one is to eat sweets. Especially chocolates and ice cream.
