The greatest loss I had this year was selling most of my token early this year that is at the very beginning of the bull market.I never thought that Btc was going to attain it's all time high if I had I would hold many of many tokens to make huge profits.
Finally I find out that it’s not a loss, but very interesting experience. I bought some Polkadot at 40$ but it suddenly started to decrease, so I have sold it at 35$ think a little bit and bought again at 32$. Now I'm in pluses, but for one moment I was in panic when all the market got red and BTC felt down to 46 000.At that time I thought that bull run is over and we are going to face bear market but to my great pleasure market recovered.
I dont have any losses because im not trading, hah. Thats simple
Even with holding a coin you can get rekt. I had coins in an exchange that closed up, and some in a wallet that I missed a rather short swap period. 
For me, 2021 is the best year I have invested in the crypto world, because to be honest I haven't had any losses this year. Maybe the regret that
has happened this year is that I sold the coins I HODL too quickly this year. My biggest loss was in 2018 when the price of all the coins dumped,

It's my regrets that I already lost more than $6000 in running bullrun because I already have 96000 more Amepay in my personal trust wallet but sorry to say that when AMEPAY first listing in bithumb Global exchange,then I sold all my AMEPAY with $.012 but AMEPAY already hitted it's the highest market $0.16

For my bad research, I released my one/third DIA tokens @1 USD. If you compare it to now, I already missed 1.5K USD, only three months before what I did. I knew that bullrun was coming, but still I have another chance to take the next opportunity from DIA tokens. Now I don't want to share my biggest loss, which was a few years ago in cryptocurrency. I would have to say Midas, I got in during the period it was 9 thousand dollars each and its now around 6 thousand dollars, aside from that I do not have any loss at all which makes this the biggest loss and only loss automatically together.It didn't look like it would be like this because it was paying so much for boardroom payments and it is still paying quite a lot as well, I can't say that it is not really paying me much, it still pays a lot but the reality is that people just decided since it is an untested aglo stable that people probably got away and moved their money to SBDO again (which increased to 4k recently) because that one is tested many times and come out as profitable without any problem.
It's BULLSHIT (censored) not BullRun

Good think SFP did exist by that time as I was able to get that money back with the Profit I made on that airdrop. Can't say had a loss on Bitcoin as it stays on the mark and continuously pump and dump. Just that XRP is what I can't forget, and that's also the reason why didn't buy at all this time. I'd rather hold some ADA and IOST lol,...

My biggest lost is not holding good coins like BNB, because I do sell since then and I didn't anticipate that its price will go higher insanely. This is the lesson I've learned from this bull market and I think, I know what to do next when the bear market start over again. 2021 is indeed a great year or at least a great 1st quarter of the year so far, let's continue to learn from our mistakes and keep on doing the right thing over again. I also like you lost a lot on bnb coin. When the coin rose in value by 100% i saw a good opportunity for a quick short and lost 40% of my deposit. Then I turned long and won back 50% of my losses. Hopefully soon i'll win back my loss and make a good profit.

Holding good coins is very essential because the present value may not be that huge but its potential to unlock the higher prices will happen later. Who knows that many such coins may become Ether of tomorrow? So only those coins which are totally worthless needs to be sold off and rest of them should be continued holding it.
I forgot to take the maximum profit of course because I thought the market would still move up but corrected and I sold it when the price had started to fall, to be honest it would be very difficult to sell when the market went up, the temptation to continue to get profit made me forget that

I don't have many transactions in 2021, but made some mistakes in 2019 and 2020. I purchased a lot of BCH with my Bitcoin during that period. And unfortunately, the current BCH exchange rate (against BTC) is around 50% lower when compared to the rate with which I made my purchase. That was a big miscalculation from my part. Other mistake was the decision to sell 20% of my BTC in 2020. The average sale price was $8,000 to $10,000 per coin. If I had held on to the coins, then I would have received 5x to 6x more profit.

We had a huuuuuge correction in January as well and we recovered and moved 2x after that, I feel like same could happen today as well, who knows what we are going to do, maybe we will be doing a lot better in a week? Maybe we will be 60k? So, it doesn't make sense to call it a loss right now, but it could be a loss if you sold it, or if you end up selling before it goes up higher.
my worse loss is when I invest 100usd to a project, actually in the start, I have already a profit, but since I thought its a good project, I don't pull-out my investment, or my capital then slowly the price slide down, at first I don't panic, when I found out its already too late my profit and capital goes down, I should have take the capital out, which I usually do.
Few days back I have few ethereum because price was going high so this give me some good intention I bought and jump into trading but this give me shock very badly because ethereum price crash badly and I lost very good amount on trading now feeling just hold is much better then trading because its need some good intention otherwise any one can lost funds very quickly like me.

Maybe you should hold and wait for the price to recover but I am not too positive about either of the 2 coins you mentioned.My worst loss in 2021 bull-run was when I bought dogecoins at 8 cents each and thought it would be going 1 USD but the market was dumped and I had to sell my coins at 5 cents which was a really bad feeling because everyone else was making profits with the doge market and I like a fool bought at the worst possible time.
This is why I usually don't jump onto the hype train of these coins but for the first time I did under the Elon Musk influence and I paid with money for this.
