The majority of my loses were coming from sold my asset too early. I guess i have been holding various tokens from the old bounties and the majority of these tokens have become successful project right now.
I lost at least 100k or even more from selling some of my assets too early. I hope that i will not do that again because i can buy 2 tesla with 100k USD lol.  Cheesy

Im still holding various assets right now.

You did not name the ICO, but it's not profitable investing in ICO anymore, it was a big gamble, it was a costly mistake investing in a new project when obviously all the profits will come from top coins in the market, I would not even think of risking investing in ICO even in the time of bull run it's a newbie mistake, you could have opted for IEO rather ICO which is risky, it's a hard lesson to learn.

Hope it counts (as I found this info in 2021) for this topic.

Participated in bounty in 2018 and after saw they asked to pre-register on their platform, I almost immediately mark them as "scam and wasted time, forgot about them". Previous weekend found out they have opened a form for a "pre-registered" users for reward withdrawal, token is being traded. If back in past I wont be that lazy, today I would have been $4000+ richer. Just checked token price right now - almost $5000 richer.

There were some cryptocurrencies in which I invested at the beginning of this year and these cryptocurrencies, after my investments, almost immediately began to fall and I lose a lot of money on this, of course, I still sold some Ethereum in early January, but I could wait a little until yesterday and I would sell Ethereum at the best price, but nothing can be done about it, because these are cryptocurrencies, they can either start to rise in price or start to fall at any time.

I sold my 1,57,000 JRT coins at the rate of just .01 cent per coin when it is listed now it is around 20 cent per coin a very huge loss for me apart from this I sold almost 25 Ethereum last year at the rate of an average of 183$ per coin a big blunder by me so far. Whenever I think I get frustrated this market-tested my patience and I failed in it. So my advice to all as well If I keep patience certainly in my country I will be financially free for next 10-20 years but I am repenting and things can not be changed that has been done.

Sold 7 BNB @$25 last December
Sold 3700 twt @$0.05
Sold 30k RBC rubic at $0.0053
But I will not think this as worst loss its just I sold it too early with less profit than current price now especially in RBC which blown my mind when I checked this month the price goes parabolic and its just give me a lesson to stick to my plans and don't panic at dip just hodl.

Not a loss due to a mismanagement of my BTCs but I think my whole experience of converting/selling my BTCs to fiat from 2018 to 2021.

I checked my blockchain record and I noticed that the total number of BTCs I received ever since I joined this forum amounted to around 0.5 BTCs, which all came from campaign signatures. Back in 2018, I sold them to purchase books and materials for my studies. Others, I gambled some portion of them when the price was below $7,000. If I just saved and HODL them, I would have accumulated around $27,000 from now.

That is why, folks, HODL your bitcoins and sell them to a comfortable price!

I sympathize with the losses you experienced, that's a big loss in my opinion. I hope that in the future you will reap the benefits. This year I also lost on Cardano. but not in large quantities, just a little

Normally, the bullish market is always the season for every cryptocurrency traders and investors to make up for their casualties and any crypto trader or investor that experiences loss is specifically greedy or wholly lacks reasonable knowledge about crypto investment as a whole which I believe is the situation of the OP cause it does not seems right to invest in the good long-existing project, sell it and invest in ICO project which it future stance in terms of success is still not sure.

Sold my bitcoins @28k @32k @38k @40k and I only now have a decimal amount of bitcoin in my possession. It's my plan and I don't think I can consider it as a loss. I just didn't expect that bitcoin will reach its current price point. I also lose a few dollars in trading in futures, I tried few experiments on futures trading, and cost me a few dollars.

My worst loss is that I didn't sell my shitcoin early to Ethereum as it rug pulled. Could have made almost $800 on that, but Uniswap fees are so high, so I had to wait until it goes down. In the end, as it was about to go down, the project rug pulled and my coins turned to shit. It's a lesson learned for me, but I was less disappointed because I didn't put all of my eggs in one basket. Just my two sats.

There is no loss for anyone in this bull run infact everyone is in profit and just want their profit to grow bigger.
The only loss that everyone is facing is the high gas fee and as most of the tokens in the market are eth based community is having a really tough time moving or trafing the tokens aroumd as they have to pay never before seen, extraordinary transaction fee.

Not counting my loss in 2021 yet, but I had wish I entered the year with more Bitcoin, and with the price making high thousands of dollars seem ordinary, I think I would hold, on ethereum was a coin I missed out on, I was that close to getting some but got cold feet, still no alt-coin yet for me, generally me not get ethereum is my considerable loss so far in 2021.

while I avoid investing in ICOs, IEOs in 2021 so as not to suffer losses, because I have suffered losses in 2018 on the DAV Network ICO and HEAL Token, which until now the project is a scam

i am not sure, but i am afraid we will see Red candles soon   Undecided
It's certain that red market will come, to avoid getting caught in the mess that's why it's advisable to take profits when available, store your coins to stable coins and probably buy back when popular coins are in blood pool

Well no losses so far this 2021, my biggest loss was in 2020 when I sold 0.5btc for a shitcoin and now the altcoin is worth 500$, till this day there is no sign of recovery and it looks like the project is already abandoned, imagine if I still got my 0.5btc today

I have not faced loss because im still holding and will continue to do so for 2021-22 but in another scenario i have faced loss, my friend paid me cash to buy trx coins for him i just thought in mimd that ok i will buy but i forgot and even used all the cash, he asked me to buy when trx was little below 3 cents and now when i bought it was just below 6 cents so it is around 40% difference but anyhow it was my mistake so i will cover it for him.
