That's the best reason why we should be coming back to gambling, not because we want to chase our loses but because we want to have fun.
When I was new that was my mentality but experience really change me, I never get greedy in gambling anymore because I know in the end I will be the loser.

Limit time and money is not a good way because sooner or later, you will come back to gambling when you have free time and plenty of money. You should attend some courses which will help peple to learn more about staying away from gambling

You cant beat the house edge and dont even try to because it is not possible. Even if you win than that is variance and not about you beating the house edge. The only way of ' beating ' it is to be the house or even play EV+ games that is why you are going to have the edge on yourself and chances to win will be higher

Yeah that is a reason that can make you lose much in gambling, we have to change the way our think even we know it is our goal because if we have such thoughts then we will be easy to emotional and have the courage to bet big.

It's not just touch but it's very impossible to do it, you cannot beat the house edge because it is the only way casinos will be profitable and that's why they win in the long run because they have the house edge. My treatment when playing a game with house edge is that I do not think of winning anymore in the long run but I will just minimize the loses and maximize the fun.
