A lot, Since you have a website why don't you start creating blogs that contains good informations or maybe a news or any crypto related stuffs that will attract traffic and put some ads in your website, also if you don't want to invest in ICO since 95% of them ends as a failure or a scam. You can invest directly through coins that are already listed on the market and do a day trading since day trading costs only low risk but low profit but it's your call what kind of strategy you're going to use.

yes a lot of business can be done without ico like creating e commerce with crypto payments and becoming a trader.

I think your best option will be to make an exchange.
If you manage to provide liquidity and high level of security, you will win big from fees. But making an exchange requite a significant investments.
If you don't have time to do anything actively, just give your money on exchanges for lending.

Maybe you should try yourself as an employee of some ICO project? I understand that now may not be the best time to participate in ICO projects as an investor, but you can get invaluable experience in terms of working on a project in the field of cryptocurrency. Especially if you have the knowledge that can be very useful in some specific projects. If you believe in the crypto-industry, like me, I hope that this situation will soon change and you will later be able to get more benefits from your new job.

Although the bear market is really disturbing,congrat for still believing in the crypto industry.as regard your experience in statistics you can integrate this experience into consulting services for historical behaviour of tokens to investors and secondly machine learning is taking over the world right now if you can merge your experience and Python programming will be of a good services in Blockchain industry especially for token that have been listed on the coinmarketcap that is in need of data science.

There are various things that you can do and earn crypto's without having an ICO. You have an idea about making a website, you can make your own way of featuring products or creating your own crypto news website and get paid for ads.

E-commerce, drop shipping and other commission base profit sharing which you can convert to crypto's depending on your terms and agreement. You can also create a simple blogging website and create "how-to" and monetize each of your blogs.

I would be able to give you more options if you hadn't said that you are good at statistics. Grin

If you want to combine statistics with a website you can create your own site where you can upload analyses and predictions of future price trends for various coins. You can also offer your advice on trading giving signals etc.

You can offer up your services for hire. There are lots of projects and platforms being launched regularly and there are several boards and also marketplace sections on the forum where you can advertise.
You do not ''make money with crypto', you earn cryptocurrency for your effort and service.

If you don't want to invest in ICO then you might as well try to be a trader. As what you have stated, you are good in statistics analysis then do trading there you might Excell in your talent.
