It s a good idea to think of getting the easier ones and convert to bitcoin. I also do that. Although, i do not know the perspective from which you are thinking from. If you think of buying, there are some very good altcoins you can buy and hold. After appreciating in price, you can then convert to bitcoin. You can look into the first 10 cryptocurrencies for that. Also, you can engage in trading, but this can be a bit technical, which then calls for learning the rudiments first. You can as well consider bounty campaign. It is a very good way of earning reasonable tokens that you can convert to bitcoin.

Yes Bitcoin is the highest of them all.

But im thinking that i should focus on some easier ones then transfer it to bitcoin so i can get a good headstart

is this a good idea or you guys can suggest some other ways

Thank you

If you are not looking at bitcoin then I suggest that you should be looking at ethereum. It is easy to acquire and it is easy to move, it is also cheaper to move than bitcoin so there is that. Mined coins are very effective when it comes to their transactions and they are not hard to get, so you should always be looking at mined coins.

There are some valuable coins you can mine on MinerGate pool. It requires the use of a CPU or GPU. The currencies are Monero, ZCash, Bitcoin Gold, Ethereum and many others.

Also, we have an ASIC-friendly pool for merged mining of Bytecoin and Monero Original (more info: https://minergate.com/cryptonight-asic-mining-pool).

The ones that can be mined are easy to obtain in general, particularly those that are GPU or CPU mineable like monero. Many times they don´t have much value.

Why do you need such a prey, if you do not have sufficient capacity? Coin mining on your phone is simply the familiarity with the cryptocurrency and mining. You will not earn on this. Then participate in bounty and airdrop.

The easiest probably is the Electromuem which you can mine using phones as what they claim. I think I've seen some users already sharing how much they have mined using just their phones. Its price isn't that attractive but if the team can have a good outlook and update the roadmap to continue developing I guess it might not be bad to hold it.

Here in our country, it's easier to obtain bitcoin because we have a digital wallet that can convert crypto to fiat money and vise versa. So if there's a chance to which cryptocurrencies are worth to hold and keep it for a long term, I would still choosed bitcoins.

his thread has some good ways to earn crypto, but I think Dealbit is probably the best way that I have seen to earn a meaningful amount of Bitcoin or Ether.

It works similarly to cashback sites such as Ebates, except with super-fast payments of Bitcoin and Ethereum. I have been able to earn significant amount of Bitcoin just by purchasing household supplies, electronics and gifts.

They have some great partner stores already such as Walmart, Newegg, Alibaba, and Jet with commission rates that are comparable to anything else I have been able to find.

Faucets are free ways to earn bitcoin and other altcoins. The amount they pay is low, but can add up over time and if you claim from many faucets at the same time (but they are free!). Here I list some bitcoin faucets that I can confirm are stable and have received payment from them.

Free Bitcoin Wallet, Faucet, Lottery and Dice!
Bit Fun
Moon Bitcoin
Bonus Bitcoin
As for litecoin faucets, I can recomment Moon Litecoin, one of the most reliable litecoin faucets

I’ve made a bit over 0.5 BTC and 10 LTC using this faucets over the last year. Hope this helped!

There are a few ways to earn cryptocurrency.

You can:

Mine Your own coins - Generally use ASICS and customized GPU/CPU miners. Some popular coins to mine are Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, ZCash, Monero, and Dash. If using your desktop/laptop you will not generate a significant amount of income and electricity costs may out weight any gains. Regardless, you can use MinerGate to easily mine cryptocurrency on any computer. Likewise, you can also invest instead into Cloud Mining Services. But beware, there are not many legit companies. A few I could recommend would be Hashflare, Genesis Mining, and Hashnest.
Buy/Trade to earn coins - This is the hardest but most rewarding method. Learning valuable skills such as Trade Analysis and keeping up-to-date on current information and trends is extremely important. Good exchanges to start out on are Binance, Bittrex, and GDAX. Getting yourself familiar with trading bots is also a must. I personally use Cryptohopper as is is fairly easy to customize for beginners and with the right management can easily do 1.5% a day (unless running it on a bear market). However, there are many others out there, each with their own advantages and disadvantages.
Claim coins from faucets - Many websites will pay users small amounts of cryptocurrency for completing Captchas. Generally will be able to claim anything from every 5–60 minutes. One of my favourites is FreeBitCo. You can claim every 60 Minutes for a chance to win up to $200 in BTC. They also offer a Dice Game, Mining, and Weekly Lottery. There are however, many faucet websites out there. The problem with many though is many will have high withdraw requirements and other barriers so you will never actually see the funds. Always keep this in mind when Choosing faucets
Complete tasks/Surveys/Videos for free coins -EarnCrypto will pay you in the coin of your choice for doing simple tasks such as watching videos, installing apps, completing surveys and doing micro tasks.
Participate in free token airdrops/promotions - Many coins before they go live will do Initial Coin Offerings and Airdrops to promote their coins and raise investments. This is a good time to be able to receive some free coins that could potentially have massive future value.
Promote affiliate links that pay in cryptocurrency - As cryptocurrency emerges, so does a new class of affiliate marketers with new programs and products to promote. If you are able to target the right Niche, massive gains await.
Complete freelance services for cryptocurrency - If you search online there are many communities that will pay in Bitcoin, Ethereum and other currencies for services

Bitcoin is the highest value cryptocurrency, but it is not easy to get. If you want to mine bitcoin, you will need to buy it.
Bitcoin mining equipment is not cheap. antminer is the optimal for mining bitcoin, but you must dig your wallet to buy it.

I've seen some people are already mining Electronuem which they only use mobile phones, I was about to also try it. It doesn't have a good price though but maybe if you can hold on to the tokens you mine and wait, you'll never know it could go up if the developer find something to work on and develop it further. There are coin that can be mine using GPU of course, take that route if you want to get them easy. The electricity and the devices are the ones you need though.

This has been a good plan to invest on some other cryptocurrency and then converting it back to bitcoin. Same right now doesn't gonna benefit, because the value of altcoins were moving forward only when there is a pump in the price of bitcoin as well the ethereum. Users who have plans to hold those altcoins for a longer time period and then convert to bitcoin can choose some of the potential assets.
