My personal favorite rewards/bonuses are welcome bonuses and tier-based bonuses also known as VIP bonuses which are of course adjusted to the total wager of the user.

Deposit bonuses are not so attractive to me because those usually involve way so many terms and conditions, so the bonus can be fair for both the gambler and the house. On the other hand, VIP bonuses are better because in order to get the benefits the gambler already got to comply with the wager, so it is less likely to find unpleasant surprises before fully enjoy the bonus.

To be honest, I prefer any kind of bonus which is easy to cash out. I hope you come up with any such bonus which has less wagering requirements. I understand that without wagering, people will misuse the bonus but it should not be the case that casino started to demand for 50 or 100x wagering requirements.

Cashback on loss can also be a god option. If a gambler lost a certain amount of money, you can offer him cashback certain percentage of his loss. The more you can facilitate the gambler, the better it is and gamblers will prefer your platform.

For me, welcome bonus is one good way I would like to be rewarded. It would also make sense to not add any required document or credit card details before having access to this bonus.
Cash is also one good way I would love to be rewarded, after all, I get to spend mine in playing subsequently. The cash has to be withdrawable if I so please, not like those other online platforms that would demand I use the cash reward to stake another game.

Monthly and weekly bonuses are regular ones so for making new challenges on the online casino industry you may bring yearly bonuses for users.

this is where some players are getting disappointed. the percent deposit bonus may be mouth watering but try to check their terms and you won't even hit the half of their wagering requirements and your bankroll is already long gone.
bonuses should come with at least reasonable wagering requirements. not give the impression to players that you don't even want them to win.
also, for me, a good percentage of cashback would be attractive. because we all know, most of us are losing in a casino. so if the casino will give back certain percentage of our losses to play again, i guess, that would be a good attraction to the casino.

Freespins. Not with some build in wheel like betfury uses, but with an actual possibility to win. Those wouldn't be daily bonuses obviously but attractive all the same.
Ranking up to get tokens that pay dividends from the casino income. That's what betfury got right, and it would be good if someone perfected it. As they pretty much stopped their development. I am certain that anyone with a right game plan could steal those customers for themselves.
