Its quite natural that people in here will try to sell and shill their own bags to you, so approach their answers with caution. Most of my holdings from 2017 are performing quite poorly price wise, so yes, for now I would definitely stick to the newer ones that have a solid amount of hype behind them, stuff like Elrond, Chainlink, Band Protocol etc. When it comes to my personal favorites, I would give a shout out to Reserve Rights, Ferrum Network and Geeq.

It is better to look back of what you are holding since 2017 because it might be one of them that you have been looking for. And talking about new promising coins, it is sorry but most likely you miss it again and I suggest not to chase it coz you will only hardly find on it. Because if you can take a look into the market, only those old and potential top listed coins having its surge, not all. i see its getting back on its feet slowly, just been wondering are there any new coins that are looking good and promising. i could dyor them but it would take at least a week

I think that those coins are good coins but I will also try to add largo coin as another choice to be considered as a good coin to take a look at. The creator must always try to DYOR before try to invest in any coin. Some coins are still undervalued compared with the user that has already offered to the investors.

OKS is definitely a great option, this project has a total supply of just over 100 million tokens, so its current price is too cheap. Buy it and hold long term, I believe the price will definitely go up at least $ 0.3-0.5 by the end of the year.

Im actually working on one of those DeFi projects right now man, DeFis just all over every forum right now. I really hope its just not the hype thats keeping DeFi on the mainstream. I hope they hold out on the expectations placed on them.

Don't be too risky with new projects, its price could crash at any moment and you may lose money with it. Invest in the top projects in this market to be safe, and I believe it will also bring you a lot of profit in the long term.
I wouldn't call them promising if they are just going to be used for pump-and-dump scheme. Others said, Defi, I would agree, but still there are risk involved. I won't shill either, you might blame me if that coins suddenly falters. Why not choose amongst the top 2-20 coins right now? Right now the market looks very good, some of them are making significant gains but still far from their ATH though. So there are a lot of room to make profits if we see a massive bullrun just like 2017.
