If there is stability, then there is confidence in future growth, which means you should not worry, but just wait for this event.I think we are still in fluctuating in this year and it is difficult to see if there are any highest price in any coins because they still waiting where bitcoin wants to move. And right now, the altcoin is trying to increase by small price, but I hope that one or two coins can break the high price so it will trigger the other coin to moves to the higher price and if this is happening, then we can see a chance for bitcoin to grow. in my opinion, price development or market value, no one can know exactly what it will look like and what its value will be, but I am sure that in the future everything will grow and experience a fairly decent and stable increase. 
of course this is good news, hopefully it will continue to improve again and there is no significant decline and certainly the increase will be slow because of this market recovery period that last week there were a lot of negative issues, I think in early September there will be a sharp increase, hopefully it happens to the end year prices will improve
I think the development of cryptocurrencies and prices cannot be known with certainty only the confidence and patience needed to take advantage of the opportunities that we will get in getting profitOverall, the uncertain crypto movement is indeed very difficult to predict but with us seeing the previous month or year movement can at least help us in analyzing the crypto which will benefit.

You should think more of possibility why the market is uncertain but not with SEC's decision. You lean too much with it which you shouldn't be.
Make it a habit not to always expect something that is doubtful, all we need here is optimism, patience and prayer, even though all three do not influence the growth of cryptocurrency values. But at least it will strengthen our faith so as not to despair.
If you have experience with the market you don't have to expect with those events. Can't blame them though as I'm also expecting good events like that but we shouldn't fully rely on those as they are tentative and can also have a negative result so better that just rely on the market itself.
My guess that market will be slow but continue to grow. And I think this is more reasonable than fast grow of price and then fall to the bottom! I prefer to earn less money but not worry about lose them at all.
