I use Linux so many benefits over Windows.
I think windows 7 is best OS for me, my friend using kali linux and in my opinion its look same

well, im still using Windows as my OS. and i dont know which better, because im just using Windows, never tried using Mac and Linux
Before I was using Ubuntu 14.04 but got a debugged my OS now is Lubuntu 16.04.

Well I prefer Windows for everyday use, but for more secure system or programming I think nothing can beat Linux - some versions are already made user friendly, like Windows, so you can try it and see for yourself. Like someone before me said here, you can have both Linux and another OS and dual boot your PC, but you better have more ram to do that - otherwise your system will lag
