python is easy and many ppl uses it, but it depnds on what you want to do with it
Though i learned JAVA recently still i use CODE COMBAT PLATFORM the easiest programing language ever.

For starters i suggest you must learn the basics step by step, so first with HTML then CSS then PHP, you can learn this in w3schools website or try on youtube. So you need patience upon learning coz nothing is easy. Goodluck you can do it.

I started with C and i think it's pretty easy! Most people say that it's better to start with Python. But I think that HTML is the easiest one.

easy programming language is probably Microsoft scripts.. Once you master the concept, it is easy to move one language to another. Syntax change, but usually concept stays the same!
