There is no way to eradicate corruption, but can be reduced to some extent,corruption exists since the Roman Empire,perhaps even earlier and today it still exists,its very difficult to say but as long as there are class differences and capitalism corruption will be on some level,the difference is from country to country.

We cannot stop corruption, because in this world most of politician live because of corruption. The way to avoid in corrupt is do things good, give equal to others. Most of all respect to everyones decisions.
It is impossible to eliminate corruption in every country.

A think we need a leader who has the power to find that corrupt govt officials, we need someone who is not afraid, someone who will not compromise their wrong doings. It is possible to eliminate that corruption.
Here in India, we have seen several such leaders who wanted to take strict action against the corrupt officials. But none of them succeeded in the end, because the lobby of the corrupt employees is too strong. Whenever a corrupt official is either suspended or dismissed, the others in the lobby will group together to protect him.
Corruption is a state of moral values degradation in which the greater priority is being given to the bribe provider. Corruption could be eliminated by having strong check over the offices through an independent constitutional body or lok pal , to eliminate it, moreover the social awareness could be people and govt officials not to practice it.
A think we need a leader who has the power to find that corrupt govt officials, we need someone who is not afraid, someone who will not compromise their wrong doings. It is possible to eliminate that corruption.
"Eliminate" is difficult, but not impossible. I think transparency is the key. Maybe blockchain could help. What if all our tax payment go directly somewhere, like escrow, totaled, then all projects, and things that need gov't funding can be seen by everyone, like after collections this month, this is the total, this are the things that needs fund, they go directly there.
EMPOWER CITIZENS & make payments transparent.

Probably corruption will end by the end of the world, if the most of the countries take action against themselfs by eleminating corrupted politicians means a third wolrd war will arise.
To eliminate corruption we need self decipline and to be contented for we have.
Preventive strategies (prevention) is to prevent, and can be done by: First, make sure that you are not the perpetrators of corruption. This can be done by refusing any unofficial charges. (eg doing financial financial transactions by not using a receipt). Then, do campaign activities and da'wah to invite people against the actions that lead to corruption.

Unless such this corrupt people take away from government there is no improving progress in our nation.

this is also my proposition about this topic. But to think of how to do it is not easy. You cannot easily those powerful official that are wicked for they will do everything to keep their power. Also, if you take away thr government completely, there will be no peace and regulations throughout the nation.
Corruption is like a gun sticked to the government. It is hard to get rid of. It is a problem long time ago and is still a problem now. I'd say we voters, as a prevention, should vote wisely. We must be smart about who we want to lead us.
Corruption as dishonesty for personal gain is possibly eliminated by invoking and applying supernatural consciousness or forces of anti-corruption characteristic in every human being’s attitude according to ones believe through petition and supplication to the mighty one of each individual
I believe it is people's mind that need to be changed. Corruption is, first of all, in people's heads. They are used to solve problems taking and giving bribes. Until we change our psychology, until we understand that we have to live honestly, corruption will prosper.
You can eliminated the corruption by eliminating also the people who is corrupted but how can we do that ?we don't know who we trust now a days .
The punishment for corruption is still too soft.
As history shows, strictness of the punishment won't prevent the crime! You just waste taxpayer's money to keep corrupt officials in prison.Confiscation is the best solution IMHO!

All government employees must publish their incomes and expenditures every year. If someone buys a yacht or Ferrari and cannot explain from where money came, it must be confiscated and this person fired from government work losing all privileges (pension, insurance etc).
The first thing we should take note is that, stopping corruption begins with individual. Corruption is not in government alone, it starts from different homes to different offices. We need to Change our mindset. Anytime we try to bend the normal protocol of something, then we are corrupt. Proper education should be given to the youths on anti-graft war, stiffer penalties should given to corrupt officials - I suggest public display of their death penalty.
Before you do anything, if you have this though in you that "this thing I want to do, in what way will it affect others or my neighbour" then we will have a second thought before embarking on such action. Stopping corruption is a collective efforts.
