When the market is down like today then waiting for a while is a better thing, I'm afraid the market will continue to drop so we will lose money, if the market has shown recovery then buying immediately is a good thing, some coins that are worth buying are AAVE, AVAX and MATIC.
We all know that market is collapsed and reviving again and i don't want to miss this opportunity which coin or coins should i buy?
If you have limited budget, you should pick Bitcoin.If you have a 4 digit budget (in dollar), maybe Bitcoin and Ethereum.
If you have a 5 digit budget, add Solana and BNB.
If you have a huge budget, just pick the top coins and you're good to go.
Each correction of the crypto market is an opportunity for other investors to enter and buy. If you are a conservative one then just go with the top coins especially Bitcoin and Ethereum. Just take a look at the market...there are a lot of potential coins out there and I'm just trying to pick up at least 3 coins BTC, BNB, Shiba.I consider most on the market volume and the current price when choosing coins to invest in. I don't buy coins that are in hypes, and much more if it has no use case like these new projects. Maybe you could do the same just like what I did. And lastly, it is a need for you to research then and stop relying others.
I recommend buying 3 coins, namely Pancake, Polygon and King Shiba, I've invested 3 coins and got a big profit, and for the future I'm optimistic that these 3 coins will skyrocket, for example MATIC which is now the best platform to create projects and create developers switched from ETH and BSC to Polygon.
Matic and Pancake are still very wise and good choices, but for king Shiba or other meme tokens, I don't think there is a need for consideration to choose them because the meme is not long term even though there are already benefits from it. 
To buy, of course you need a good analysis, if we pay attention today almost all top ranking coins are experiencing a negative trend and there are many rumors circulating that the whales give a lot of FUD so that the market is corrected, if you want to buy I suggest buying top 50 coins but wait at least 2 or 3 more days.

you're new here so i suggest choose those trusted crypto currency in the market such top 5 assets to assure your money is in a safe place. Stop searching for new projects because it's not safe in your situation to be honest.. And lastly if you don't to miss the opportunity must tune in to any crypto news in the internet in order for you to obtain more information about the current situation of the market.
You can try to consider Metavers tokens and do your own research. I suggest this because it's worth less right now. You have to look at the current market trends and so far, NFTs and Metaverse are still doing well which could be your option and analyze it before buying. The current market crash is a good opportunity to buy, don't waste it and start looking for a better project that you think can work based on your terms and strategy, you should also know when to buy and sell.
My best bet for a good profit with less risk is ethereum. I know there are several coin out there but I trust ethereum because even if the market dumps today, ethereum would come back stronger. Most of the new projects thats seem attractive may be unable to withstand a bear market that lasts for extended periods of time.

Collapse is a strong word to use, bitcoin price has dropped to 48k from 50k and I call that a dump, not collapse.If you are going to buy, buy bitcoin. The only coin that is censorship-resistant and decentralized. If that does not appeal to you, then you should buy the top five altcoins from highest market caps but do your own research before putting in money on the line.
I would say, buy ethereum if you can get it at lower price. With drop in BTC price ETH might rise, you will not get <400$/ETH prices but it is good enough. Again check support/resistance levels, I mostly buy ethereum at very low prices and dont buy much currently, so I can give an idea.
Dont go for the recently launched altcoins, unless you have insider information. They will pump once and while and then remain stagnant for years. If you are willing to bleed that for long then only buy those.

I would rather your paid attention to trendy things such as metaverse, NFT-projects and alternative chains. In terms of metaverse, you can consider such tokens as Mana and Sand. Also you should follow news and maybe you will find a new project with a good potential. In terms of alternative chains, you should think about Polkadot, Solana, Near and other chains that are developing their ecosystem.Analyzing one by one can help him select which coin has the potential to increase.
But you should be aware that NFT projects can not last long and will replace other new trends in the future.
From your list, I think Mana is a good coin because the price is still low so he can buy as many amounts as he can depending on his budget.
The other coins are too high to buy. But my suggestion would be TRX, CRO, and ADA as that coins is below $2.

Just look for a coin that has a potential project to buy, most especially an old coin you know very well that is good before it crash out of market but my eyes is going directly to BNB, Shiba Inu

Of course it depends on the desired timeframe, if you invest in the long term then I recommend buying coins that have a great reputation such as ethereum or BNB, but if for long-term goals I recommend buying MATIC, NEAR Protocol and others, because there are already more than 15k coins on the market.
