I think trading only can be learned through experience. People say there are lot of theories, analyzing methods etc. but the most important point I see controlling your mind. I have years of experience trading. But what I can say is with experience the loss rate is decreasing.

Reading and researching alone won't make you a successful trader. You need to have sufficient practicals and hand on real trade. Like the saying goes, Practice makes Perfect. Trading is an emotional thing and traders must have a good control of their emotions to be successful. One can only master this control when one does real life practice. So, to be a professional trader the OP needs to have enough practice with real money on trade.

You just have to be eager to learn all the basics of trading. Also, the best teacher is experience so it is important that you'll have atleast a single experience about it. You should also know how to do technical analysis for you to have an idea about the market flow.

Crypto trading is really difficult compared to a usual trading outside the crypto world. And being a crypto trader really needs a lot of patients and analysis on its market, because of the high volatility of its market that could be so hard for anyone to predict the movement of its price. Most of the learning keeps coming from the experience you end up having and that is how you start getting better and better to the point of being good at what you do and as you keep getting better and learning more, there are some mistakes you never will just see yourself make anymore.

You can't be a professional trader with ''how to'' articles or videos, you need lots of experience, knowledge etc. Becoming a professional in something is not that easy by reading etc.

You don't just become a professional trader by just searching online and trying to do what others do, that is just what you do to learn the basics of trading and to know what are the best coins to trade at the moment, to become a professional trader takes time and a lot of trial and error, you need to be able to develop a sense and a feel for the market, and adapt to all the situations, and that comes from trying it yourself and developing your own strategies and not just by reading about it.

I agree with the most of replies here. The most effective way to become a good and ultimately professional trader is experience. And it means that not all the time you are on the positive side and gaining profit. It also includes losing at some point but that is where effective learning takes place. So take all the patience and practice and you are good to go.

What do you mean by it isn't a straightforward one ? Do you think you are a professional trader? Learning strategies and gaining experiences are one of the characteristics to becoming a professional trader. As a matter of fact, it is not impossible to have a safe trader, even the professionals lose. The only difference between pro traders and beginners is that the pros know what is going on in the market and with details. They know when to trade, and sometimes they fail, while beginners still has not grasped the market yet, and they are still learning. They will fail over and over, then they will succeed.
