If you find the ICO is not promissing one just sell it at exchange it listed immediately. (Etherdelta and others). But if you think its gonna become more expensive just hold it and sell later

Wait for the token to be listed in exchange and then sell it there in exchange of bitcoin. Once the tokens are listed on exchanges, there is a tendency price would go down because the bounty hunters and some investors would sell and if you want to have some btc too then you can sell too but in crypto world, patience pays off most of the time so I suggest for you to wait for some time before selling or you can also have the option of buying more in the bottom so that when it climbs back up again, you can have more gains.

Trade them in exchange sites. There are certain moments where ICO tokens are high in demand, hence high price too, which is why you have to track prices in the exchange site so you wouldn't miss the chance of selling your tokens in a high price.

I am impressed that there are people willing to acquire something even without knowing what it is for. The only way you could exchange your tokens is through trading, although usually the exchanges where you can sell your tokens, such as etherdelta, are usually designed to exchange tokens by ethers, not by bitcoin. For this you would need a second exchange later, but now from ethereum to bitcoin.

To begin with, you need to have some patience, you will be holding the token for some time even after receiving it, because it depends on the ICO and their contractual agreement with exchanges would only help you with converting which ever token you receive to bitcoin. But watch out for dumpers, who will want to just the token the very moment it gets listed on some exchange. And watch out for useless exchanges too, even if they get listed the value won't even be close to the ICO price, so preferably wait for some time and sell at a nominal price.

why not just sit on them and wait for the release buzz hype and fud to be over and have a look at how they are performing on the charts? After then you'll be better placed to convert to bitcoin and probably get more for it if its a decent token.

If that token include ERC20 then you can sell it in EtherDelta exchange, but here you will get ETH, and if you would like to change that ETH to BTC you have to go to other exchange. Its simple you can do it in afew minutes. But will be better when you sell that token in EtherDelta by higher price than ICO price so will make more profit.

If you want to exchange those tokens than you can use exchange where it is listed check their ANN thread for this info. Most of the new tokens get listed easily in etherdelta.

If you want to hold those token than you can use myetherwallet (add custom token). Wait for few months many tokens surge after getting listed in multiple exchanges, wait for such pump and sell at peak price.

In summary, have to wait for the token to be listed in a proper exchange. You will need to open an account with the exchange that lists it.

If the token is erc20 token, you can sell it to ETH on etherdelta. Etherdelta is usually the first to list any ICO tokens that are ERC20 tokens. From there you can convert ETH to BTC. A bit more convoluted process.

To change it on bitcoin you will need to check your token on the legit exchanges if it is already listed. if found that your token is on exchanges then study and analyse how the token is changing if the value is good then keep holding until it rises then you should decide if you will hold or sell it.

You can sell it in exchange it depends in what platform does your tokens belong but you can always convert it into bitcoins after all. If it is erc20 go to etherdelta and if it is on Waves go to waveswallet and then sell it. However if the token is on bittrex, coinexchange, binance, hitbtc you can change ang sell it directly into btc.

If ico token its in your wallet the you can anything you want.
First you can hold it till hit good exchanger and of course price will remain higher.
Second you just sell it when you receive it.

it was always depends on how much tokens that you have for cause if you are trying to convert it you have atleast gas for it , technically it may depnds on your exchange to use for as far as i know for that tokens some of it you have to depends it on where currency it may belong for.

Just wait for it to be listed on exchanges since not all coins that have been distributed on bounty campaigns do always launched up or being listed on an exchange directly.Some would really takes time which would cause for our tokens to be on idle state but if its already listed then you can dump it off once you did able to receive your bounty which is commonly a step which most bounty hunters do. Always seek out on updates of a certain coin dev regarding on where it would be listed.

Unfortunately there isn't any way to convert those tokens if the token hasn't been listed in any exchange yet, maybe if it is on cryptopia, etheredelta, or any other exchange like those you are able to dump them.

But it is going to be difficult because most times all the ico's takes more than two months or at least one, to list that coin into an exchange

The ICO token and altcoin markets are definitely still in a bearish trend. But the markets have dropped so much (many have declined by more than 90%) that I'm beginning to look at coins to accumulate again.

At this point in the market cycle, I'd rather hold through the drawdown and wait for altcoin season again. When money is flowing into the altcoin/token markets, your tokens can easily double or 10x in value, even with weak fundamentals.
