Bitcoin and other top coins have gave up all of their gains from early morning. Last year's major low came around Dec 14th. A final decline into next week could be another important bottom.

Impossible to say, especially for the dump you mentioned. If btc follows my projection then it should go up to around 8k in next week.

The market is still very volatile and will take more years to the crypto market to be more mature and maybe at that time the price will not drop so much. Maybe we will have a bull run like 2 years ago but next year.
Even if the price has recovered somewhat it doesn't seem like we are going to experiment a bull run at the end of the year as many were predicting, and since the market has a tendency to run in cycles most likely next year is not going to be as good as this one, so in the best case scenario it will probably take the market two years before we see the bull run that we are expecting and while many could consider this to be bad news I think this is great because it gives you two years to accumulate more coins before that happens.

What exactly do you consider the 100% increase in price from the beginning of the year then? Is that a bear market in your opinion? Personally, I think the bull market has already started and has been trending upwards all year long. I think it will continue to do so until probably at least the end of next year. The halving coming up will almost certainly help bump the price up a little bit.
The recovery that we experimented from the beginning of this year to the middle of it was without a doubt a bull market but since then we have experimented almost a 50% correction and the long term indicators seems to indicate that a negative trend is in the process and while many are expecting that the halving is going to save us I do not really believe that its effects are going to be felt immediately, that is going to take time, long enough for the market to keep going down.

Should we expect a big dump this week ?

We should expect a massive dump any time, and it happens from time to time all of a sudden. Right now crypto is very unpredictable and I would not speculate on its prices, because nobody knows if we have already found the bottom.

We can expect that bitcoin will soon drop to around $ 6k8 this week or even a few more days. The seller is very strong and it is showing on long, bearded candles. This shows that the market is about to face a bright red and soon investors will sell bitcoins for Tet holidays. so avoid trading during this time period.
It dropped lower than that but the confidence is getting lower and lower because we seem to expect a drop is about to come. I would say that we must be optimistic at these times after the drop that we've seen. Everyone can monitor the market and see if it's the right time to buy after expecting a huge drop. But if you are not confident of trading at these times and you see it as a wrong timing, you should've just hold a little longer and expect a rise would follow after that expected drop.

Should we expect a big dump this week ?
This is october post but nothing big dump happened because bitcoin i know is slowly moving onward. So i do believe that this month of December bitcoin and altcoins will be grow slowly till next year. Bitcoin for now is in a good price for to get some and hold it. Many investor will buy bitcoin and they hold it and wait for big bull run. But we need patience for that matter for to get a good profit
I still dont understand what you mean big dump. But, Bitcoin already been down in $ 6,500
if we look at ATH in this year, which is $ 13,000, it means Bitcoin already dumped half of price
isnt it a big dump?

Bitcoin would be increasing after halving next year, if not that time. I think it wouldnt
I make predicting based on the last halving. and hope history would repeat itself

Precisely with fluctuating conditions the price of bitcoin tends to be easier to go up and down so big because of that many people are interested in investing here. I don't agree with the decline from bitcoin for many years because there will be a new moment each year on the price of bitcoin
2017 has indeed experienced a high increase, but in 2019 bitcoin has returned to the level of $ 12000 and failed to break the resistance,
if you are a trader you don't need to worry about that, but if you invest long term I understand that

I think this is good because it gives me to collect more coins before that happens. I also hope that there will be many good developments in the world economy in 2020 as at the end of 2017 the BTC rises to around USD 20,000. and I can sell it as I wish.
hopefully the next bitcoin halving will help bitcoin price to go back at 20,000$.  Bitcoin has a lot of new players by next year as we are near to crypto adoption.

Im expecting more downwards on the price of bitcoin till the 1st week of december and from that bulls will be preparing to enter the market to blew the price of bitcoin back to 10,000$. And will continue till next year for that 50,000$ price.

Great hopes may appear next month and will continue to grow until the new year awaits you all. We must look at and keep buying tokens with high potential later.

such high hopes are the hope of the community here but we cannot guarantee that improvements will continue, but even if the market is difficult to recover, at least in the hope that our confidence will remain consistent and will continue to be patient until the time comes
it seems like many people are expecting the price of a bitcoin pump for now. Before December, I'm sure many people are preparing their assets before the price actually pumps. based on the cointelegraph site, said that some investors allegedly had bought bitcoin since the price was $ 7400, and were prepared to sell it when it was $ 8100.

Since the move to $7,400, many traders have set their short term targets at $8,000 to $8,100

but it seems like I feel that the price of bitcoin can go higher than the price of $ 8k

People easily react on fluctuations that's what they tend to not see its nature, bitcoin is volatile by nature, I mean highly volatile, so if we don't understand that, we will surely easily panic and make a wrong decision.

The fluctuations is what makes this market so interesting, when traders are playing with the price, it will make the market more lively, and that will catch the attention of non crypto traders and investors that they may think of investing.

Imagine, you can make 10% or more in just 24 hours, this can only happen in crypto because high volatility always gives an opportunity for traders.

I no longer expect a dump again in the market because the market situation has been very red for quite a long time and makes me wait because I already hold some altcoin. What I hope for is an altseason
