Should we expect a big dump this week ?
we should not because BAKKT has been showing very good improvement and when the daily trade BAKKT can sustain even longer and there will be a huge chance for us to see the next big increase that will be happening with bitcoin. Some people may think the correction will come to the bitcoin but i have been putting the main focus on the BAKKT as a way to represent how big the demand that comes from institutional investors.
That must be a good point.

Unfortunately, the daily 24 hour chart shows that the price is probably going to dump down again to the $8000-$7500 range over the next week. I'm judging this based on Bollinger bands, RSI, and MACD trading indicators.
I don't believe in any of that, but you might end up being correct anyway.  I will make a mental note that you stated those signs indicated a drop within a week, and I'll be paying attention to the price to see if you're right.  I'm constantly looking for evidence that there's something to technical analysis.

My little bag of altcoins has performed nicely in the past 2 days, so I am hoping bitcoin doesn't crash.  It did fall a couple hundred dollars overnight, which I had sort of expected for some reason.  Price action usually happens when I'm asleep, and I just didn't know if it was going to be up or down.

Should we expect a big dump this week ?

Chart looks good and the crypto atmosphere feels good, but i think we pumped because of misunderstood statement from Xi Jinping. If i had the nerve, i would go short because China might still explain what they meant, and my gut feeling is that would be negative. But the charts looks too good for gambling with the shorts, and there are too many good things lining up and i am not prepared to get liquidated just to make a point.

I'm judging this based on Bollinger bands, RSI, and MACD trading indicators. However, the moving average is somewhere around $8500, so it could only drop down to that price and trend back upwards. There's really no telling. But, I do think we're at the top of the price for this week.

2017 China bans ICO and crackdown Bitcoin exchange, this news makes Bitcoin price getting down. But it happen just for one month. Similar with that news, Last week, good news came from China. As trader, we must remember if last price of Bitcoin before pumping is $7.500. If another dump is coming, Bitcoin will hit this price.

We are getting closer to the end of the year and we also heard good news from China about the Blockchain adoption process. If nothing goes wrong, we should expect another pump until the end of the year. Just today, Bakkt future volume explodes to 260% it explains the sentiment is good and the demand is increasing.
of course everything can happen, but personally speaking, I believe we are going to see a brighter future ahead.
