My biggest win was probably being alive to see the end of 2023. I know you were referring to biggest gambling win, but I feel pretty lucky to have gone through my health issues and still be here to talk about it.
You are very correct I was thinking as much. Being alive to see the end of the year is a great achievement because life itself is a gamble. Because it's risky out there, many people never knew that where they were going could end there life and had it been they could realise that, they wouldn't have gone to the path that took their lives. So the big win is to see the end of this year 2023 and the gambling of life Start Next year again.
When we can still enjoy life until now, of course this is an achievement for those of us who have gone through various challenges in life. If you win in gambling, of course each person has a win, it really depends on their bet. If I myself won, my best bet this year was around $50. because I never place a bet with an amount that exceeds the income I have. Maybe if I have a greater income than this year I will try to bet bigger for next year.

So, the question is simple, in your gambling activities all through 2023, how much your biggest win?

And in loses as well, how much was your biggest loss?

Is it possible for you to calculate your cumulative wins and losses, and tell if 2023 was profitable or not; to you in terms of gambling?

Lets discuss..

My biggest win in gambling in 2023 was not in online casinos but in cockfighting. I was sharing bets with a friend who is a big cockfighting bettor, I won $300 that day just following his advice, so sometimes it's worth following advice from people who know the way around the games, unfortunately that was the last time because he goes to a province to check for all the roasters he is taking care I'm sure he will be back here in our place, this is where he made a fortune.

My biggest loss was $100 on dice and crash games, but I have a lot of losses, many of which come from peer-to-peer boxing and basketball matches international and local.

I have not calculated all my losses and all my winnings there's no need to do that I can easily move on with these, all I know is that I have a lot of losses than winnings but I'm comfortable with both my winnings and losses.

That is just it for most people. The winning would be less than losses. All what gambling sites need is traffic. If they have high traffic to their website and people using their site for gambling, that means more profit for them because they will make more money. They will grow more and people will lose money to them more. This is one of the reasons people should know that they should avoid spending the amount of money they can not afford to lose on gambling.
Getting a win this year may still be difficult for most gamblers, especially for those who don't have the skills if they place bets on sports betting. They only pin their hopes on luck so they have difficulty winning. They only spend more money if they don't realize that they actually need to reduce their gambling activities. So it's okay if this year we still experience defeat and that is a normal thing experienced by many gamblers. But we must be able to reduce the number of losses next year so that we can have more money to save. We also don't need to gamble if we don't have money.

What's up ladies and gentlemen...

2023 will soon come to a wrap and doubt, it's been an awesome year for some of us, while I also understand it might as well been a bad year for some persons, but I am glad that finally, the year is coming to an end and we get the opportunity to try again and make 2024 a year we get to celebrate things, accomplishments and achievements we failed to celebrate this year.

So, the question is simple, in your gambling activities all through 2023, how much your biggest win?

Is it possible for you to calculate your cumulative wins and losses, and tell if 2023 was profitable or not; to you in terms of gambling?

My bets are always of "moderate" value, so I have never had significant losses or gains.
If I'm not mistaken, the best I've ever achieved was winning almost $200 in bets placed in a single night with less than $50 wagered on a series of sports combinations.

I don't aim for more profits for 2024, as long as there continue to be plenty of betting options on my favorite sports and championships, then I'll be happy.

For those who had terrible results in 2023, I hope that next year you will have more profits (or fewer losses).

Around 200x. But i would consider people to think twice before revealing any huge amounts they made. It's not all people with good intentions in here reading the replies.

I know most people think that they are taking enough measures against hacks, but it doesn't usually include them being targeted. As even if we think that your pseudonimity keeps us safe, all it takes is one connection to be made to another some account, and more info starts to leak.

I can't remember the name, but one case comes in my mind especially. It was a twitter crypto influencer who ridiculed scam victims, saying it's their own fault not keeping their privatekeys and passwords safe. And it took comically short time for him to get hacked and drained. That made me realize that it's not the CEX i need to be worried about. But being my own bank and getting targeted.

So, revealing crypto you have now might seem like a small amount. It might be worth fortune in the future, and there are bots reading this in the future, finding perfect candinates for hacks.

Though I did gamble in 2023, but it was limited due to the several losses I had, even while gambling on games I thought will win. So in regard to the question you just asked, I will boldly say my biggest win in 2023 was when I use $0.5 to win $100, and that happened while I was gambling on Shuffle casino game, precisely "Joker1000", as it's really a cool and nice game to give it a try if you wish

My biggest lose, or the lost which I will say did pain me was when I use $100 to gamble on a 1.20 odds, hoping it will play, but it eventually lost,

Not for me because I've transferred from one casino to another one and another one again. I don't know how much I have accumulated in gambling by the wins and losses that I've made. But it is not a lot to be honest because I am a controlled gambler and I don't dig a lot with my budget whenever I have. I can say that I am still on a better situation even with not that a lot of wins but also simply don't have that much losses as well.

Or that's actually a win for me that I am still in my sane as I gamble and I know what actually is happening. I don't want to sound that I am a saint but that's what really it is. So for those that have a lot of losses, I think it should start with your mindsetting and change that if it's not helping you a lot this year. Next year is another going to be a long year for you to start making your own paths in gambling whether you're a compulsive or controlled one. What you must do is to protect yourselves from spending a lot that you can't afford to lose.

I never really bet that much when it comes to sports gambling.  I don't have any big win stories outside of sports gambling being that I didn't take any trips to in person casinos this year (where I play games like roulette and poker) so most of my gambling was done online and regarding betting sports games.  I would say my biggest win was probably $200.  That just goes to show how little I'm willing to put down on sports bets.

A cumulative calculation at this time is something I'm not really sure of now because I wasn't keeping records reasons because I didn't want to get to the point where I will have to start chasing loos and probably get to addiction knowingly or unknowingly.

One thing I know for sure was that the times I won I won big and my stake were way beyond been doubled so it usually makes up for some of my losses most times, invariably I made some good profits at every point when I won but when I lost I did made some few losses tho they weren't such that I couldn't bear because I did staked only what I can afford to lose so as to avoid been emotional about my losses and start chasing them so the year 2023 was quite fair with me as I did suffered some losses and had some profits aswell.

My biggest win for me on a personal level is managing to remain under a plan and enforce it for myself when gambling, effectively following simple rules to not exceed limits in betting amounts out of my financial comfort.

This is a big win for me considering that I managed to sustain winning and loosing all while having fun throughout. I can't recommend this enough to everyone. It makes you feel like a winner all the time. 😎

Biggest lose? $300+

I cant barely remembered all of those numbers but bit sure that those value above are the ones that i have lost up big time and gained up on some point.
Yeah im not that a huge wagered or bigtime gambler but im really just that spending on the amount on which i can afford to lose on which this had always been the main line for most people.
For this upcoming year then i wont really be that hoping too much just like on what i have said on the start of 2023 and now we are almost on 2024 on which
i would really be still keeping on the same behavior and insights on which never ever spend on the amount on which you cant afford to lose
then you would really be just that fine.

My biggest win in gambling for the year 2023 cannot be measured in amounts. My biggest win is that even though I gambled and placed bets at different times in the year, I did not end this year a gambling addict or someone who is unable to control their gambling behavior.
This is a big win for me really, even though I know that many people will not understand. Maybe next year, my biggest win will be in amount, and I will be able to share the story.

As far as I can remember, the biggest I got or won in gambling was $100 and not bad for me because I only bet a small amount.
As for my losses, I don't count them so I don't know how many I have, but I feel like I have more losses than wins. Hoping that 2024 will be good for me and everyone.

I have had some nice games this year but the fact that I don’t gamble with large amount means that I don’t also win huge amount –– But the one I can vividly remember was when I participated in a 10 days rollover challenge; the rule was simple, flip 5,000 Nigeria currency (~$4.2) to 106,000 Nigeria currency (~$90) using just 1.3 odds for 9’days and on the tenth day increase it to 2 odds.

Whoever wins gets an additional 100,000 Nigeria currency. 15 of us took part and only 4 of us won the game and that was the highest amount I won in gambling this year the rest were just a few dollars from the range of $5 – $30.
You are lucky that this worked out, that means you must have been a very good analyst.  To me risking your money on 1.3 odd is a big one for me because a single loss will sweep away several winnings. If I may ask, were you compounding this to achieve such outstanding success? In other words, when you play and win, do you play the next bet with the entire money (profits from precious bet plus the capital) ? I once stubled upon a compounding process developed by a friend but the odd was 2. It was fantastic but the challenge is how to consistently get 2 odds to bet.

It was indeed risky since I had to put back everything I had won to complete the 10 days rollover.

For the first one I bet 5,000 naira and I won 6,500; day one completed
On day 2, I’ll have to bet the whole 6,500 naira and if I’m lucky I’ll win 8,450 naira.
It continued till it gets to the 9th day, by this time my balance was already 53,020 naira, but I had to place everything on a 2 odds games making everything 106,040 naira.

I wanted to call off the game on the 9th but I just had to summon courage to see it through but it would have been painful if I had lost that game after clearing 9 different rounds.

My biggest win was probably being alive to see the end of 2023. I know you were referring to biggest gambling win, but I feel pretty lucky to have gone through my health issues and still be here to talk about it.

I think majority of us here have health issues, but yeah, it's a win for those who have manage to be alive. Was just talking about this during Christmas with my brothers, life is precious our kids are growing up.  Smiley

About the subject though of gambling, I can't remember, maybe some slot win in land base casinos. I usually just play sportsbet on online casino, yeah I did try to play my favorite slots but I didn't won that big. For landbase I remember that there were days that I have a winning streak, $400 was my biggest day during that stretch, there was days that I will win $20-$100 and then go home early with that money early. But when I started to play and be in long hours in the casino, that's where I suffered loses.

I am not that kind of huge depositor in my gambling account and I withdraw regularly at the same time to avoid getting emotional. However, I can still remember making $554 in a single football bet this year. I hope to have a higher risk affinity in 2024.

I can remember losing $75 as the most. I am such that consider my risks and divide my betting risks effectively.

I'm afraid, this is not possible on my side because I have deposited at least 3 betting platforms this year and they are for different purposes. Therefore to calculate them will be so stressful. I don't even give it a thought.

If other people talk about the biggest win is, the amount of gain they get in gambling that they do throughout 2023, and there may be those who get profits up to many times the amount of their bets, and there are also those who get a considerable loss when compared to previous years. depending on the ability and luck of a person in playing gambling.

Tai there is such a big win in the year 2023, it is bigger than the amount of money. In 2023 I was able to fully control myself from my gambling activities and I was also able to control my finances well to finance my gambling. I don't really remember what the total loss I incurred was, but if compared to the profit I got... it doesn't seem that much different... with good self-control, I was able to minimize the level of loss and with good control of money, I was able to utilize the results of the winnings I won this year to be even more useful, with the winnings I got at gambling, apart from being able to buy something I wanted, I also managed to increase the amount of my investment, thanks to some of the winnings I won this year.

Well i would have to go back to the stats board of all the games I have won because I don't have the accurate cumulative stats of all my winnings but if it's for a single win then I can be sure that my highest win this year's wasn't all that huge but I know I had good winning spree on most of the virtual games I played online. But I did came close to almost winning $12k  on a single parley selection of 17games of which Manchester city were the demon that denied me that victory as they lost naively to Wolverhampton.
