I almost forgot how much my biggest loss or win was in 2023 but what I remember seems to be around $300-$400 in sports betting and roulette games.
I never calculate the percentage of losses or wins each month or each year. It's just that my biggest victory is being able to consistently control myself without having to experience the bad effects of gambling.

maybe everyone has their own story and extraordinary achievements in 2023 in gambling, but actually winning or losing is just a condition where we gain valuable experience and will not repeat it in 2024. I'm sure if everyone tells the truth they will be bigger the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.

What's up ladies and gentlemen...

2023 will soon come to a wrap and doubt, it's been an awesome year for some of us, while I also understand it might as well been a bad year for some persons, but I am glad that finally, the year is coming to an end and we get the opportunity to try again and make 2024 a year we get to celebrate things, accomplishments and achievements we failed to celebrate this year.

So, the question is simple, in your gambling activities all through 2023, how much your biggest win?

And in loses as well, how much was your biggest loss?

I can't say a specific figure but I know I have lost in gambling and at the same time, I have made some good profits. There was a time one bet gave me more than 300 times of what I wager and I was happy the game gave me such a good profits and if count the times I have lost in gambling, the number of times I have won and the return really exceeded the losses and for that, I'm really impress about it even though I don't gamble all the time but I'm happy with the result I had this year. It's a bless year and love for me.

I don't know if I go through my betting site. I can get a way I can have access to a sheet of deposit and withdrawal, manually will be exhausting and will take a lot of time if not days but I know that the result of the deposit and withdrawal will be cool judging from the deposit and net withdraws I made this year.

If there is something I will like to try next year is to bet on crypto, I'm use to fiats now because I value my crypto and coins but maybe I will give usdt some trials as it's not too diffirrent from fiats, I will have the opportunity to get some usdt if I win think.

the biggest win so far in one bet in boxing betting for Fury by decision which i won $80 in one bet. i had doubts that i would win since heavyweight fights always end in KO but it was a UD. the discussion on the Joe Rogan podcast gave away a tip about how the fight could play out and so they were right.

i have a few wins like the recent Inoue and the previous Crawford win which wasn't so big. its an easy bet because these are popular favorite boxers.

Winning the lottery with a $1 purchase for each of the 5 numbers, I bagged $70 that day with just an initial $5 bet... x14 times the return! It felt like the luckiest day ever. In 2023, most of my gambling revolves around sports bets, where I tend to bet on low odds for strong teams just to secure a win. It usually ranges from x1.5 to x2.5. My win rate is quite high but small profit, especially for EPL football matches. However, the profits aren't huge because my betting budget is small too.

My biggest loss was $50, which happened to be my monthly gambling budget. I bet on the Aston Villa vs. Man City match, putting my money on a Man City win as they were in their prime form. Unfortunately, the game didn't go as expected, and even the low odds ended up taking my money. That happened in early December, which was my gambling budget for this month.

Glad that many players in this forum have also experienced a 'big win' this year, regardless of the amount.
Since I am no longer a 'heavy bettor', my biggest win was $385 and that was with sports betting in particular with previous NBA Finals. It was actually thrilling; I bet under parlay for MVP Jimmy Butler. It was a clear team lead however the opponent team managed to get close to the series which made me nervous of the result. Profit was big but also the capital which is why audiences are thrilled as well. Then this was followed by smaller wins of it like fifty, eighty, and more. After all, I'm satisfied and no doubt have enjoyed the game more.
This year, I still experience losses that exceed my wins, even though I don't gamble too often. But as for the amount of money, I don't want to write it down because that could give rise to the desire to gamble more often.
That's the same as increasing the number of losses I lose next year.
After purchasing the bonus feature, I once won $20 in a slot game. But that amount is smaller than the money lost previously in slot games.
So the number of my losses is still greater than the number of wins. It's too painful to remember my lose, and it makes me feel uncomfortable.
So I just let it go without writing it down.
Just hard to avoid, but what we are doing is to gamble means no guarantee of winning. Same reason why we really cannot regret things 'coz that is our initiative which brought us here. Some are winning and many people are not. It could be bankroll management, or just unlucky. Solution is to move with either other gambling sites or outfits from different people.

So, the question is simple, in your gambling activities all through 2023, how much your biggest win?

I have had some nice games this year but the fact that I don’t gamble with large amount means that I don’t also win huge amount –– But the one I can vividly remember was when I participated in a 10 days rollover challenge; the rule was simple, flip 5,000 Nigeria currency (~$4.2) to 106,000 Nigeria currency (~$90) using just 1.3 odds for 9’days and on the tenth day increase it to 2 odds.

Whoever wins gets an additional 100,000 Nigeria currency. 15 of us took part and only 4 of us won the game and that was the highest amount I won in gambling this year the rest were just a few dollars from the range of $5 – $30.
You are lucky that this worked out, that means you must have been a very good analyst.  To me risking your money on 1.3 odd is a big one for me because a single loss will sweep away several winnings. If I may ask, were you compounding this to achieve such outstanding success? In other words, when you play and win, do you play the next bet with the entire money (profits from precious bet plus the capital) ? I once stubled upon a compounding process developed by a friend but the odd was 2. It was fantastic but the challenge is how to consistently get 2 odds to bet.

I have not really had any serious gambling activity all through this year, I mean, one doesn't just wake up one morning and become a winner or loser in gambling right?  Grin, yeah.
So for me, I have not really given much attention to gambling all through this year, I have mostly been busy with work, if there was or were times I gambled, it would be only a couple of times I place a few bets on some sports events, I cared not whether I win or lose, but I did win some and lost some.

But overall, I will just say that I did not gamble like I used to this year, i didn't even spend up to a $50 on gambling this year, and so, even if I lost that amount, it's nothing to start considering as a loss.

I remember it well despite hitting it with a very low odd like 200 IDR or 0.02 dollars I hit in the Fish Eye slot from Reel Kingdom partnered with Pragmatic Play and hit a huge multiplier, the x9833 near the max win of x10.000.I am still hoping now to hit a max win in 2024 as I doubt that 2023 would have reserved me an even bigger win than that.In 2023 it was overall a good year in the sense that I hit a lot of well over x1000 multipliers which I consider good prizes to hit and difficult to hit in most slots. That is the beauty of slot machine, each spin is independent from each other and you never know what to expect or when that max win will hit.

This question triggered up my reflections ability to check what and how much I have been able to win since the year 2023 began and about to end now,  in all what I realize is that,  my loses is higher than my winning in total and that is because of the fact that I was gambling for the fun and not the profits any ways and that the reason I only gamble with what I can afford to forget easily.

But on record,  my highest winning was in sport bets,  when I won a total of $250 in Bitcoin with a stake of $10 this was my highest biggest win amount for the year and I can't forget that night that I was that lucky to have hit that jackpot.

I don't remember the biggest win, but it was around April or May, it was a lottery ticket and I got about $200. Although it is an unpopular offline game with few players, I have won many times and lost many times. Sometimes I have the feeling that if I see pairs of numbers appearing many times in life, I will play it.

But I still remember losing about $50 on an online service on Betfury, or rather I made the mistake of participating in an event and spending disproportionate money to lose money, and that was also the last time I used that service: ) .

Honestly I've gambled alot and it will be difficult for me to even point out a particular win as the biggest since i never won a jackpot yet which will make an indelible difference in what I've been winning throughout the year.

And in loses as well, how much was your biggest loss?

Same thing is applicable to the losses in this regard.

Is it possible for you to calculate your cumulative wins and losses, and tell if 2023 was profitable or not; to you in terms of gambling?

Not possible for me since i don't keep track record of what I've lost or earned while gambling throughout the year, some still have the record to their various bets with them.

Before im fan of slots but right now I'm taking back again into the world of sports gambling I've been doing this since 2019 but most likely basketball and e-sports like dota and ML but recently adapted the Football match before i was curious how those people keep playing almost 90' just to manage the goal, recently most of the team gives a huge win is the Liverpool and Manchester United hoping for their next matches makes a good profit. Its not large as we expected but its quite enough to make me get a coffee while chilling to my favorite place. I win just fair enough of 100$ and manage to lose because of getting greedy to bet like around the all in profit I've gained.

$50 was my largest and I was betting a cheap amount.
I withdrew all that amount without any hesitation and I already used that money to take the children out to let them eat food in the mall and just enjoy the day.
For me, that's one of the happiest days of my life because and also satisfying because I know to myself that I am a disciplined gambler and once I hit the planned amount to withdraw I always do so without thinking twice.
My second largest was just $40 but I am happy with it too. I felt like the losing streak was coming which is the reason why I gave up and just took the money instead of losing more.
The same thing I did, enjoyed the money for food and drinks.
2023 is good to me because I didn't really lose too much in gambling. I deposit low amounts but I can somehow make it bigger by betting for high-risk bets in casino games.
I may continue that same strategy next year. Just fill in my wagering amount, get some bonuses, deposit some, and then maybe I will get lucky and withdraw a good amount again.

In 2023, I make various types of bets from sports, lotteries in several betting rounds and games such as slots or crazytime.
As for the biggest win, it doesn't seem to be anything that impressive because if I remember the biggest win this year was just on slot game and that was only around $200 with bet of $0.4.

Saying that all gamblers lose must have quite large losses and of course this will be more difficult to accept if you take it into account.
I myself gamble just for fun and no matter how much I lose, it never makes me so devastated or regret it too much.

No, I will not take into account the number of wins or losses I experienced this year because it is not important.
I know that the losses are quite big and certainly bigger than the wins I get, so without considering the total I can accept it all.

I think that my victory in 2023 is one of the coolest that will be in this thread at all. I have won first places in art competitions several times, I am very good at this. The fact is that I am a professional artist and I began to participate in art competitions at the forum. Thanks to this, I was able to accumulate an excellent deposit and now I am again a full participant in the crypto races to the moon Smiley I am very grateful to Roobet for their incredible support of art and creative people.

I think it was a x20 on a $15 bet? It was some random flipping with dice and crash iirc since I was bored I just kept swapping between the two. It might actually be greater than x20 really I can't exactly remember the multiplier, but it was something along those lines. As for the biggest loss, since I've never deposited (or have) more than $100 on my casino wallet usually, then I'd set it as that much since there were instances where I just straight up threw $100 on one game lol. If we were to count total losses then I'd have quite a lot though.

Good thread, I'm curious to know the best bets that users have won around here

In my case, I hardly ever bet large amounts, since I set a bankroll for each championship and I have to manage it well with average and constant bets. If I bet a very high amount and lose, I could damage the entire bankroll of a championship

My best win was in the Brazilian championship when I placed a long bet on the champion, Palmeiras, and it was very exciting as another team was leading for most of the championship, and it was only in the last few games that the team managed to take the lead. It was a good bet for me

My worst defeat was actually a sequence of 7 or 8 losing bets in 3 championships at the same time (Brazilian, Portuguese and World Cup qualifiers)
Has anyone here also had such a bad run?

So, the question is simple, in your gambling activities all through 2023, how much your biggest win?

In my case I won 29$ in a multibet bet. but I also lost a lot. the most important thing for me is that I just played with money I could afford to lose, so I'm not sad about my losses. Furthermore, most of the time with the little money I deposited, I was able to play for a long time, because I won and took the winnings to continue playing, so with that I won more weeks betting without needing to deposit more money at the casino. When I start to have a lot of losses I stop playing for weeks or months or months so I can have better control over my emotions

And in loses as well, how much was your biggest loss?

I lose 10$ in a multibet bet, I always play with money that I can afford to lose and I don't create high expectations about any chance of me winning, sports betting is all about probability, no one has a crystal ball to get a correct bet. So I always repeat this to myself that even though an analysis of the game seems perfect, even though the favorite to win the game has many advantages over the opponent, on the field things can be different and the person loses the bet. So I don't blame myself for my losses, I look at them as something that happens to everyone, I don't see any chance of making a profit from sports betting. So I play just to have fun and test myself to what extent I can get the result of a game right.

Is it possible for you to calculate your cumulative wins and losses, and tell if 2023 was profitable or not; to you in terms of gambling?

Lets discuss..

I could probably have more than $50 in victory and even between $150 and $200 in loss. As I only play with money that I can afford to lose and I also don't play often, months or months often pass without me placing any sports bets, which is why my volume of money from wins and losses is not big, my VIP account is low, so I consider myself a person who plays just for fun. The most important thing in gambling is that the person has self control and only plays with money that they can afford to lose, because someone would think that when they look at the statistics on their account after playing for 1 year they will see a number of wins. being greater than the number of defeats, then this person is deluding himself a lot

I don't remember the exact results until the middle of this year because I never recorded or calculated in detail, but what I still remember is the results from the free bet which in total could generate around $80, while the biggest odds I could win were around @22.00 on NBA bets using bet builder but unfortunately at that time it was just for fun and only bet a small value, and when I was able to win I was quite surprised even though it was just luck because usually the players I chose under would score more but the leading of one of the teams was by a big margin so that the main players in the two teams were rested early so there was no chance to score more points, and as far as I remember it was the highest odds I won this year.
