Sadly I can't talk positively about EOS. I checked their data in last years and it was mostly flat as many others here stated. I checked what developers are thinking and I couldn't see anything satisfying. I think it was good decision for me to avoid EOS in past. So I think it is not good coin to hodl for long term. There are many better coins.
EOS has lost ground in recent years and is losing ground to other blockchain projects.
even the development seems to follow along and doesn't have any interesting innovations, I don't know if in the next few years EOS will be completely abandoned.

EOS today costs US$ 3.10 / Coin is it when the OP is made above the ATH of the current price?

it may be a threat if that happens (indicates that it is difficult to change positions far from that maybe the investor community is lacking to make trades) but on the contrary if the price is below today when the OP is made this indicates work with definite steps,
for nft and other instruments In this 1 network I think the price will follow its fundamentals.

there are similarities between bearish and bullish art into an interesting unit to Analyze.

Me neither. I've seen EOS' progress over time, and I'd say it's far behind other coins on the market. I'm surprised to see this, since Block. One raised a lot of money with the ICO prior to the launch of the project some time ago. The company should've used the money wisely in order to increase marketing/promotion efforts. But they've decided to take it all for their own personal gain leaving EOS in the dust. This has made EOS a failure just like other Dan Larimer's projects. With many scandals surrounding EOS' block producers since day one (freezing accounts, confiscating assets, etc), I don't see the project going anywhere soon. It's all about being decentralized in order to bring people's confidence into your own blockchain network. How far EOS will go, will greatly depend on how far the community is willing to support it.

Nonetheless, there are far better smart contract platforms on the market with active development, innovation, and real use cases for the mainstream world. Projects like Binance Chain, Ethereum, and Cardano are better than EOS because they're actively marketed across social media. Not only that, but these projects are constantly being developed in order to stay ahead of the game. If EOS wants to gain traction, it's going to need to provide innovation. Only then, developers will join the platform bringing with them a massive user base. Until the project's team does the right thing, EOS will remain "behind the scene" for quite some time. Just my thoughts Grin

I sold most of my EOS too because it was trading flat for years.
me too, after DAN has been leaving this project and there was no a good development progress. Blockone is getting stuck without any good update while at the same time there are bunch of new platforms have developed better platforms than EOS.
EOS could decrease into the medium tier coin in the future. This coin is still survive caused by block one gets multi billion money like ripple.
It's not worth anymore used this coin as our investment.

EOS remains the biggest ICO in history that collected billions in 2017. It has not delivered much despite having so much money. I think its founder, Dan Larimer, has already moved on to new projects. It has been a big underperformer.
It seems you are following EOS since 2017. I am also holding very little amount of EOS but I'm not having any confident about it will be bouncing back so that I will be getting into some profits.

Like you have mentioned devs of EOS might have moved into new projects or might have started some real-time business outside crypto world with the money they have collected from ICO. Because this is what most scammers are doing these days.

I sold most of my EOS too because it was trading flat for years. I am keeping a small stake to help sell all those free EOS tokens airdropped to all EOS wallets, if some day any of those gain any serious value.

Common with those professional scammers, they are good in starting project and once they've got enough
moey to run they'll simply dissappear.

Very possible with this coin, it's been a  while now and currently the value of this coin is also moving becuase of bitcoin,
but with it's own, I don't see any real progress and updates.

be furious if you still have this coin or you are aiming to invest with this project carefully analyze what opportunities you'll gonna get from this asset.

EOS was once one of the most promising blockchain project before. There still a chance to regain attraction again, but they really need a serious marketing to catch up with their rivals. Well they are still number 29 in the marketcap, maybe in due time it will hatch with real surprises.

EOS has old technology, and it's a heavy block chain. Setting up an EOS node to make a profit is quite expensive for the hardware investment. So far EOS has yet to make many breakthroughs in technology development and attract developers to use EOS.
As for DEFI, there are only 20 start-up projects on EOS.
The value of EOS right now is unlikely to return to 2017's ATH. The project development team needs more improvement. Maybe they will launch NFT soon to keep pace with today's blockchains.

nah , most of newcomers have a better potential than EOS, like BSC,SOLANA,DOT or even TRX which it come in the same ERA . so the answer is not worth anything in the future, i also dare to bet if EOS still like this , they cant touch their ATH on this altseason.
So do you think the development team is aware of this problem, I personally always appreciate that it is always a good money and worth investing in this market. Maybe the growth of other projects in this market is happening quickly and EOS can't do that, everyone's confidence is still great, I think a drama you happen to be in the crowd. This coin, when everyone is impatient with it, it is possible to sell EOS they are holding, then we will see a strong growth from EOS, in the patient crypto space is something that not everyone can do and if I do, I believe the results will be worth it.

The most normal project on the EOS blockchain is WAX a lot of gaming platforms on this project are developing well , but in general I do not like the EOS network, to create a wallet you need to spend a lot of time, there are analogues where it is easier to do this.

EOS is not interesting anymore unless the team will do something in order to gain more confidence as of now its not making significant progress that might rake interests. Their sidechain WAX is making a good progress now that NFT’s are so popular today, now they are bigger than Eos in terms of transactions marketcap might follow.

We can say that EOS has "lost its luster". Sadly this happens with most projects backed by Daniel Larimer. They turn out to become a failure in the long run, because of the lack of marketing/promotion efforts. Bitshares used to be good in its time, but now it's practically abandoned. Same thing happened with STEEM a few years after launch. EOS is no different from its "siblings" in this regard. As long as demand is low, the price per coin will only sink deeper over time. Besides, most developers are building dApps on the Ethereum blockchain nowadays (despite the high fees and slow transaction processing times). ETH has the biggest ecosystem of dApps, tokens, and services around it, leaving its competitors in the dust. EOS is a lot smaller than Ethereum, with a very limited number of dApps built on it. I don't see a future for EOS, unless the team ramps up their marketing/promotion efforts to increase mainstream awareness.

Nonetheless, no one knows how much a cryptocurrency will be worth in the future. My guess is that EOS will follow the market's movements just like the rest of the altcoins we know and love today. If Bitcoin goes up, so will EOS and other cryptocurrencies on the market. EOS rising on its own is a dream for now. Time will tell us whenever the project will stand the test of time or fade into oblivion as people move on to the next big thing in crypto. Just my opinion Smiley

Having the same thoughts about on that lack of marketing and promotion stuff or simply they dont make out any innovative ideas that would really continue the fire or awareness of the project.

I freshly remembered those days where EOS was still the main talk in the town but now it is gradually losing its popularity and slowly ending up to be those typical coins in the market
that havent really getting some attention.

Some say that this coin is underrated but no matter how underrated it is but the demand isnt there then you cant really expect for some price pumps but it cant be
denied that when it comes to technicalities then EOS is really that something good.

yes i agree.. Indeed this project is more, valuable than other alt coins in the market wherein way back 2017 i guess.  But how comes this seems not good after all?  The potential is gone and seems there's no way it can regain strength in the future . For sure the team behind on this project is really facing a serious problem , wherein main reason it becomes stagnant for a long time even until now..

EOS, WAVES, ETC, TRX it's a long list of "promising" eth-like / post ethereum clone that have been created in the last years but for one or more reasons they are not really mainstream like ETH.

I am not sure this is the same situation with bitcoin (what coin will be the next bitcoin?) but it's really hard EOS can have the same appeal since ETH2.0 can fix a lot of actual problem, providing more interest of people in ethereum. I am optimistic just in case there is some big partnership... but it will be even a small event for a coin with such aspirations.
And the platforms you mentioned above are always on the issue of going against ethereum but can't afford that. Now there is a platform that is the same as above, namely BSC, we can try to see how it will turn out, because for EOS, WAVES, ETC, TRX they can only be under ETH. we can see what the potential is in the future
