That would be another problem, and they might not die from corona virus but they might die from starving because they spend the funds in gambling instead of buying the needs to while on lock down at home.

I read a post stating that some gambling site tells they have an increase in numbers of gamblers, well, this is possible as gambling sites are available in any country, and every country people have different earning, if they live in a country that gives good salary, for sure they have some extra money now that they can use in gambling.

this is something difficult to answer, we are facing a pandemic where people are forced to stay at home and must change the way they live. it may be that the fact that people who are addicted to games face a new way of living changes their behavior because they will not be able to do the same things they did before the pandemic. I've heard this phrase a lot: "after the pandemic many things will be different ..." and I agree with that.

I tend to agree with this. IF I'm addicted to gamblers may be at this time it is good to relax and spend the most time with our family members(but make sure you're not infected with covid-19) to have some fun and probably not to get bored while staying at home. It is you who would control your self and have always priority time for your family.

would it be better if this close down of casinos have a good effect on addict gamblers and will finally stop from being addicted .

im asking it and im stil concern with them knowing that there are still ways to gambling .

also gambling addiction or simply addiction is not easy to heal or to cure but it takes alot of time , many months and years .

the longer the casino being closedown the better but im not also wishing that the virus stays longer . sigh Undecided

We don't know what they are doing right now maybe they spend theie time to their family now because they are busy playing to the casino . But maybe they also still playing gambling with the help of online we know right now they have many apps that you can play gambling not only withthe use cryptocurrency but also even fiat now they have it but I hope this time they are temporary leave playing but if they did not want just play only sometimes.

It for sure they deeply bored and maybe find them in online gambling or playing with their family members. But I was happy to have them stop visiting casinos and getting more deep into addiction. Maybe this time they are able to realize what is happening to them and might control themselves and hopefully gonna healed from addiction.

The pandemic affected a lot of companies and businesses that rely on the demand from the consumers, some have been damaged a lot and might be out of business when the virus is cured, and lets hope that it will be sooner than we exprct.

On the other hand, this might considerably a chance for gambling asdicts to focus on other things, or in their self and family, for me, getting closer to the people that are important to you makes you value life more and more that might be the cure for someone's bad habit.

I agree that nothing would basically change for the people who CAN go to casinos. I mean think about it, why was online casinos created? For people who couldn't go to casinos themselves, not all nations have casinos you can go to, it is illegal in almost everywhere except few places, which is why there is online places you can register and gamble. Now what happened?

People who live in Las Vegas, Monaco, Malta or any other place where you can gamble by going to casino simply just joined the people who didn't lived in a legal place and they are playing online as well like all of others like us who couldn't and just used online places. Hopefully, this doesn't continue too long but even if it does they still have an option and they can continue to gamble like nothing happened.

Actually this is really serious dent but at some point this gives them chance to find their true wanting in life that has been hindered because of gambling addiction so maybe some addicts will change route after this pandemic ends.

You're right about this, with the recent stay at home actually made me lose something big to a gamble platform which wasn't meant to be use for gamble but unfortunately I found myself gambling with the fund and its just disappeared with a twinkling of an eye. This can be tracked to my boredom at home during this self compulsory quarantine period. Frankly saying, am not an addicts but was surprise to see myself falling into what I cautioned many against. I regretted my actions against my greediness which landed me to such great loose that I have never expected in my gambling life. Though, it just a lesson for me and others.

Some people I personally know are voluntarily helping the front liners to help some delivery of foods and supplies. Some are just stuck in their homes and imagining some strategies when the world returns back to normal. as of now, every game is stopped and we can't do something about it.
I was looking forward to seeing some alternative thing to do, I found playing online games is not that bad because players are returning because of this pandemic.
