Just to continue to invest in it buy and sell how much as you want for it to grow in the market that the value will surpass other resources lije gold and dollars. Just continue to spread the news on how great it is as a payment processor than centralized ones like paypal, andropay, or even google's. As of now bitcoin has been rapidly progressing and has graduated fron volatility because bitcoin users use it not just to convert it to fit but to hold it for long tern investments. Many countries has accepted and adopted it and now being use as a payment method for local businesses and online like e-commerce, restaurants and other good and services. Just keep spreading the word bitcoin.
I think the online business industry specially the e-commerce will benefit more with bitcoin. First , bitcoin is very convinient to use and second bitcoin now is more likely to be accepted currency by more countries than any other cryptocurrency.
I just decided not to go for any of the options OP has there because I feel its not just the answer with the current challenge bitcoin is facing. Of what incentive is the adoption going to come, when the prices are high already for transaction fees and with hours of confirmation still hanging. Its not enough to bring people in but to make them stay is what matters and when the challenges are overwhelming, they leave.
All bitcoin needs is more websites to use it, in the general i would try merchants if they start using bitcoin in the short time market will follow, namecheap already accept if some 10 big companie start work maybe bitcoin can reach all people.

What would benefit bitcoin more? Nothing but finally achieveing scaling consensus. The rule is simple enough - first we try to fix our own problems then we expand.Without proper and working bitcoin network - duh, we have more than 200k unconfirmed TX, there is no way that user experience will be positive.
The best way we can do is accept Barry Silbert's proposal, which is Segwit + 2Mb Hard Fork compromise.
Just like what is happening in Japan right now with the bitcoin craze now becoming a trend. If more shops start accepting bitcoin, more people will have more options to pay for their goods. Online shops are ok, but we are still more of physical shoppers more than anything. And if bitcoin becomes more visible to your average shopper, chances are its usage is also going to increase.
in some area where the users of bitcoin are more as compare to other areas, there the physical shops are accepting bitcoins for shopping. in some places like Brazil you can find dozens of shops who area accepting bitcoin for shopping. it is in fact depending on the number of users of bitcoin in that area.

I guess it would be easier to attract more number of new users by giving them some free bitcoins. Yes, I do believe free giveaways might be making more people to join into bitcoins. At the same time I am aware of the negative impact if they are all going for selling their free giveaways. Already we are having it in the form of faucets, but I believe it is not making any big impact in attracting new users.
Bitcoin is not popular in all the parts of world. So first of all we should make it aware about bitcoin. For this to happen we will need advertising platform as well as free giveaways just to try how bitcoin transaction works and how freely we can handle it. This will help people understand more about it and take interest in it.

This won't work out as you think it will
You say that Bitcoin allows to effortlessly move wealth from one country to another but you don't explain how it is going to help poor countries, let alone help them more. As to me, in real life in would work in the reverse order exactly. If you have plenty of bitcoins (for whatever reason) and live in a poor country, you would likely move to a better place since, as you say, Bitcoin allows unconstrained and unrestrained flows of capital (which I basically agree with) and it is universally accepted everywhere (and still more so in richer, more advanced countries). There is no reason to stay in poverty when you can live a better life elsewhere. In other words, Bitcoin would actually make poor countries yet poorer while rich countries yet richer
I think the major headache of Bitcoin's operability is the lack of support from governments and central banks to accept it into their jurisdiction because they see it as competition and so I think if the president or head of state of a particular country or all countries starts promoting Bitcoin it will be the best thing among the lots listed.

I think if we just get more of the same it will be beneficial. Slowly we are seeing more and more growth and adoption, we need to be patient a little while longer as we have been already.

Only positive attitude of the big and influential countries in the world that will make bitcoin have more value and benefit all parties where middle and lower country even third world country impressed just follow what developed country do in economic structure. Just a cliche but it actually has very strong impact.
IMO more the places where bitcoin is accepted more the popularity of bitcoin will be. It's obvious that no one would want to use a currency which is only accepted on only selected websites or stores. So if more merchants start accepting it then it would surely be beneficial for bitcoin.
Agree in the sense of every aspect should be considered more adoption to happen more beneficial for bitcoin and it will help a lots toward to much easier transaction system just needed to give or provide proper knowledge. What do you think will benefit it?

And still more so because nothing is one of the options listed which also counts toward nothing. There are plenty of ways in which Bitcoin could be helped or which would benefit it as you put it. For example, instant payments as well as low or free of charge transactions would certainly make Bitcoin better. Apart from that, I'm curious whether you specifically set the list of options this way or it was purely by chance?
